una empresa que te dice dar un plan en descuento y recarga un año de membresía , por 80 dólares . adicional , no hay forma de cancelar membresía ni en la app ni en el sitio . Cuidado!!! la tienen en appstore

I emailed them twice asking to run me through how to unsubscribe but no reply yet

In May of 2023 I attempted to install the application not realizing that it was only usable with an apple device whilst I have an android device. I never activated the account as the link provided by email did not work, which also meant that I had no way to stop the subscription fee from going through after the initial 7 day period. Now, I recently was charged over 60$ US for renewal of an app I've never used and have no way of communicating with anyone to cancel the subscription . I feel scammed. The bank is asking for proof of communication with company but i've sent email without response Here's hoping that I get somewhere :S I don't want to get charged for product I can't even use or have never accessed!

They charged me 75€ without subscribing. I just participated in an instagram quiz. Beware!!!!!

I advise against downloading and using Scam Minderse, as it is not a reliable app for dealing with mental health issues. The app aggressively promotes itself through digital marketing but lacks in quality and customer service. They are focused on making money, rather than providing a helpful service. Personally, I have never used the app because it is based on CBT, which I find to be superficial and not suitable for my needs. I requested a refund because the app offers basic questions that can easily be found for free online or in a cheap CBT book for self-help. However, the customer service team kept insisting that I provide a screenshot from the app, even though I did not want to follow this approach. I believe that I should not have to provide screenshots if I do not want to use a CBT app.

Cancelled my subscription and they proceded to charge me again anyway, then refused to give a refund, all auto generated replies saying the same thing over and over, so am disputing this with my bank today.

Personally I really liked the app, it helped to deal with my anxiety a lot, together in tandem with working specialists.

Scam. Beware. There's no way to get a refund even if you request it 1 second after being charged. Impossible to ever talk to a human representative. All of the email replies are auto-generated, repeating the same phrase over and over. Not dealing with the issue at all.

As like other reviews, I never used this app and this app was not in my iCloud subscriptions. However, it was attached to my apple wallet (per the bank). Minderse wanted me to send a journal screenshot that I did not have. After two attempts to get a refund, I ended up disputing it with my bank today. (Waiting for a refund at this point).

You can see before you purchase a false statement of 4.7 score out of 5 on Trustpilot from thousands of reviews which made me very dubious and decided to check if true first.. false info even before you purchase should be your cue to NOT purchase anything.

Don’t expect a refund
Don’t be fooled by the money back guarantee, once you have paid, that money is gone. They request evidence that you used the program for 7 days, even if you don’t use it at all and immediately cancel. At best, a poorly constructed system. At worst, a straight-up scam.

This company is a scam. They use fake reviews, fake quiz results, fake doctor authority.
It is clearly just a marketing scheme created by some subhumans.

Frustrated and angry! Had a nightmare experience with Minderse. Got billed for a subscription I thought was canceled. Trying to get a refund was a joke – they kept asking for proof I couldn't give because I didn't have the app anymore.

Their customer service is a loop of useless responses, just going round and round. Ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank because they wouldn’t budge.

Honestly, save yourself the headache. Their support is a mess, and they don’t seem to care about sorting out real issues. Super disappointed and would warn others to steer clear!
