Lloyd was very a pleasant man , he was on time, and very patient. He gave helpful advice and knowledge .

Excellent service from Sam Carpenter. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout our tenancy process, assisting us with the tenancy agreement, payments, and any questions we had. We really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him!

Can’t recommend enough, Maddie R was brilliant. Made everything move so smoothly, always happy to help with whatever I needed. Making buying my first home so much easier!

I have viewed a couple of homes with minors and Brady and every time they have been really helpful and got back to me really quick. Ive met Connor at the homes a couple of times now and he's really polite and answers any questions ive had. Would definitely recommend this company to others x

Amazing customer service from the whole team when I sold my last property and bought my new one a couple of years ago. I asked for a re-valuation and Karol provided me with spot-on service! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. I genuinely felt that they cared about me as a customer and wanted to achieve the very best outcome for me, rather than simply seeing me as another sale.

Their communication and follow-up were outstanding. At no point did I ever have to chase them for anything — they were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and making sure everything was progressing as it should. The whole process was completed in just 8 weeks, which was fantastic.

As I live a long distance away from the property I was purchasing, I was initially concerned about how easy the process would be to manage remotely. Viewed a property in Attleborough, Norfolk with Josh. Josh was incredibly patient and friendly throughout my viewing, whilst also having a good amount of knowledge about the house and the housing market in general. Although in the end that specific property was not the one for me, I am glad that it was Josh as it makes a big difference having a warm, friendly estate agent. Thanks 😊
