Minors and Brady have done a fantastic job selling our house but we can’t thank Claire Wilson enough for pushing it over the line. It was a difficult onward purchase but Claire was very helpful with communication with the chains above and below and relating information to us and giving it the push it needed! Jessica went above and beyond
Jessica went above and beyond when my impending sale fell through and was so supportive that the stress of this was minimised. We quickly found a second buyer and despite conveyancing challenges which again were helped by Jessica's timely interventions I was able to finish the sale effectively and with goodwill. Moving house

Good experience overall

I sold my home with Minors & Brady. They were genuinely excellent from start to finish. They really know what they're doing, were very attentive and always kept me in the loop. They were also easy to get hold of and really polite and friendly. The whole Dereham Team was fab, particularly Jack, Millie and Aysegul. Luke went the extra mile to negotiate a mutually agreeable rent increase with my tenants. Claire has been absolutely fantastic…
Claire has been absolutely fantastic through months of a difficult purchase. Over the last few weeks we have spoken daily, and she has made us feel as if we are the only clients she has (when I know behind the scenes she is ultra busy). She has kept her cool with a very difficult solicitor lower down the chain, and has remained upbeat when we have felt victims of the housing market system. The sales agent Jessica is great to work with!
The sales agent, Jessica Kemp, was understanding of our needs and made every effort to get our questions or concerns dealt with as quickly as possible. Nothing seemed to much for her, she was patient with us and explained things to the best of her knowledge.
We would want Jessica dealing with us for future property purchases.
