These guys are outstanding, helpful, honest and accommodating, cannot speak too highly of them - so refreshing.

We have been ordering all our bespoke mirrors from Mirrorworld for the past decade or so. Got to know the staff well, and they're lovely, intelligent, humourous people who get things done, answer questions and seem to be able to deliver whatever hair brained ideas we come up with. Thank you for great service and good value pricing :-)

The great team at Mirrorworld added the perfect finishing touch to my new home gym & having the back wall completely mirrored has made it feel even larger & a great place to work out. Ordering was easy, the measuring ( and fitting ) team were friendly & a pleasure to work with.

Great service, our mirror was with us in two days

Cut bespoke sized 5mm Acrylic mirror for me. First class comms and excellent product. Staff very friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had a phone call on Thursday from James the logistics manager to say my mirror would be delivered the following Monday between 9-10am (but to allow 1/2 hr each side for traffic etc) Great. I arranged to be at home. By 10:20 no sign of the mirror so I thought I’d ring just to check and got through to an answering service, left a msg. Whilst leaving this message I had a missed call, I thought I bet that’s the delivery driver ringing as he can’t find my house (it can be awkward) So I rang the number and it was indeed the delivery driver, Dan, ringing to tell me my mirror would be delivered between 4-5pm! I explained that was incorrect, he said basically tough, as they were doing a delivery in Glasgow and no one from the office had told him he had to come to me first! Incensed at this news and his attitude, especially after having arranged my day to be at home, I rang the head office. Only to be told they knew nothing about it and that James would look into it and ring me right back. At the time of writing this I have not received a call. Admittedly it’s only been 30 mins but as I now have to leave the house I’m doing this review as I have not got the mirror as promised and my day has now turned into a complete shite show. Hence the one star review for poor delivery, poor communication and poor service all before 11am on a Monday morning!
Update: you couldn’t make this up! after once again rearranging my day to be home from 4pm, I get another call at 2pm, from a different delivery driver, saying my order now won’t be delivered till after 5:30pm, and still no call back from James or an apology for completely messing up not just my day but my employers and colleagues too.

Miss lead on pricing, due to poor communication, lack of understanding regarding customer requirements, price from original quote was 5 times more expensive! No customer showroom for professional face to face consultation. Confusion over what glass was available, appear to be internal comms issues. Spent £150 on survey and samples that they wouldn’t refund when price increased 5 times! Survey was 10 minutes for two guys to just measure the wall, to be then told they would have to come out again and this would incur further cost. Staff polite but totally disorganised and wouldn’t recommend for a bespoke projects that require a professional consultation. Probably ok for a basic mirror/gym job.

I ordered a bathroom mirror with LED illumination through a frosted cutout in the mirror. My order was processed on 20 March 2025 after I had approved the bespoke design. I had to pay the full cost of the mirror before manufacture could proceeed. The mirror arrived in early May 25. When I put the mirror up with assistance and turned the light on part of the LED light had come away from the internal frame. A technician came a few days later after I had notified Mirrorworld of the fault. The technician came to my house to carry out the repair. He also pointed out that there were some blemishes on the mirror frame which I notified the company of. So far I have received no reply from them as to how to remedy these flaws. Overall a rather poor experience with this company.

I'm a return Mirrorworld customer as they provide excellent quality mirrors. I discovered this time that they can also provide an MDF base with a cut out for the mirror to sit in. This is perfect as I'm adding the frame decoration using stained glass and they were able to cut the depth of the cut out so that after adding the stained glass outer, the mirror sits flush.

I apologise profusely ,I now realise I have been scammed by a company mirroring your company name.
I thought Trustpilot may have picked up on it , but again my claim against you was not true , I am hoping Action Fraud [ Met Police] will help me sort it out.

I can't fault mirrorworld at all with its friendly, effiecient and helpful staff. I was also very satisfied with the mirror tiles.

I suggest they use a different carrier though as the one they use is an absolute nightmare and would stop me from ordering anything big again.

After several failed attempts to deliver, without giving notice, one of Mirrorworld's helpful staff discovered that it was because there is a barrier to the block of flat's car park. Instead of the carriers phoning or ringing the bell to tell me they had arrived they just didn't bother. Finally it was arranged for them to phone me so that I could open the barrier. When finally they came and I was there with the key to open the barrier they refused to drive into the car park incase they got locked in, even though I was there with the key. The result was that after several failed delivery attempts, I was left to carry the heavy packages across the car park to the building entrance. Heavy for me as a pensioner. I ask myself what was the point to all the rigmarole in the first place? Pure stuborness by the carrier.

We ordered a bespoke design to match a unique bathroom. Mirrorworld product range was just what we needed. Process from sizing to order was simple and clear. Delivery was as promised and the mirror looks great.

I am extremely happy with the experience and knowledge of the staff, who help tailor my needs for the perfect product, I would definitely recommend Mirrorworld!
