Great service
For 25 years I've used Mitchells for all my Renault vehicles old & new, Andy the service manager & Trudy are great at what they do, go way above most dealerships and then some more. Not just a service department, more like friends. They aren't like other service departments. They want to make sure you & your car are 100% happy.

When I bought my car I couldn't have…
When I bought my car I couldn't have been happier, but unfortunately after only three months it went wrong. So I took it back to the garage from where I picked it up and again couldn't have been happier, I was given a loan car and was told that they will fix it straight away, but that is where it all went wrong as about 4 months later I was finally told it was ready I understand things go wrong with cars but 4 months is really not an acceptable time to fix a car. I was told that I will have an extension to my warranty but have not had anything in writing, I will just say again that everyone couldn't not have been more helpful, but I'm sure spare parts should be more readily available for a car that is only a few years old.

The whole experience from start to finish has been 5 Star plus a bit more!
Nothing was any trouble …. In fact the car was moved from another branch to make test driving it more convenient.
