Mitre Linen Avis

I discovered Mitre Linen through their branding at Center Parcs, where I originally decided to place my order. The pillows were comfortable, and I was pleased with how they felt when using them.

Unfortunately, my delivery initially went to the wrong place, so I had to contact customer service to find out where my order had been delivered. The pillowcases were also a little disappointing, as they don’t feel as soft as I would have liked.

Considering the postage cost was around £7, I was disappointed with the delivery experience and the quality of the pillowcases. Overall, there are some positives, particularly the comfort of the pillows, but I expected a little more from the products and service.

Had difficulty on website called and a guy was really helpful on completing my order

I specifically sought out these pillows. I have to travel to Manchester for work and when I do I stay over. The hotel where I stay has these pillows. I’m incredibly fussy with pillows because i suffer with migraine but I found these to be really comfortable. After staying a few times I asked the hotel where they got their pillows from and I immediately ordered two. I am not disappointed! They really support my neck and are soft and comfy too.

Happy with Mitre Linen. We have purchased linen from them for our guest accommodation for years and always generally happy. The quality of the Egyptian cotton has gone slightly down both for towels and bedsheets, but still they are good buys compared to what you can find elsewhere. We made once the terrible mistake or ordering from a company that appeared cheaper (their competitor), only to send everything we had purchased to a charity shop. So, we will stick with Mitre for years to come as probably the best value for money around.

I like the towels they are just the same as in the hotels

I bought a firm Mitre pillow for myself and a soft one for my husband, and we’re both really pleased. They keep their shape and don’t go flat, and the firm pillow gives my neck great support. I no longer wake up with a stiff neck or aching shoulders. My husband says he’s slept well every night since we bought them two weeks ago. Definitely recommend!

Helpful service from start to finish. always so polite and helpful when ordering.

The pillows were here very soon and were well wrapped. I’d been to a hotel where the pillows were so comfortable I decided to see if there was a product manufacturer on them and there was. So I went onto Mitre’s web site and now am having a better night sleep at home

Lovely towels and bedding. Quick delivery and over good value. The towels wash very well and hopefully the bedding will too.

Excellent quality bed linen and towels. Would not shop anywhere else for our home and four holiday houses. Lovely, friendly customer service.
