I received my Zoe Suede Tote in Olive today and I am in love. The quality is fantastic, workmanship superb. Delivery was swift and the price excellent. I shall be using it from tomorrow!

A small thing, I personally would have appreciated a dust bag for my bag and paid a small enhancement for a decent one. I did this 3 times before I had a reply offering me a £25.00 discount if I kept the item.
They said no one monitors the emails however it was done though there online form.
I ask to return it still and they have gone quiet again.
The item arrived in good time but the packaging was just a thin plastic bag.
