Very disappointed to be informed after…
Very disappointed to be informed after 8 days that my order had been lost by carrier…took annual leave to work on campervan conversion and was relying on a prompt delivery .
Refund was made but it should not have come to that.
Will use 12v planet for my future needs .

We completely understand your frustration and we’re genuinely sorry about what happened with your delivery.
Unfortunately DX Express informed us that the parcel was lost in transit, which is something outside of our direct control. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we tried to resolve it as quickly as possible and also offered to send a replacement shipment, however we understand you preferred a refund instead.
The refund was processed immediately and we appreciate your patience while we investigated the situation with the courier.
We always aim to provide a reliable service and it’s disappointing for us as well when a carrier fails to deliver as expected.
