The practice is professional - everyone seems to know what they are doing and are friendly.

I feel I like to leave comment however that the entire area is very busy and chaotic with loud noises which are not easy on all pets ( especially cats) . A little more harmony, nice calming music on the background to keep all pets calm would go a long way.

We saw a lovely young female vet who was very calm with our cat.
The vet was welcoming, informative. She had a lovely friendly way with both us and Frank.
I have always been pleased with the vets we have seen before but the vet yesterday was lovely.
Sorry I have forgotten her name.

My cat was terrified when she had her annual vaccination and the vet seemed to be as well and didn't do a complete check on her which is an issue as I pay for this service, I think taking her on a long journey is an issue and wish this could be done at the local branch, overall i am always happy with the service.

I have been going to this branch since I was a child with my parents and the family pets, and now even though I’m not in MK I still drive back with my pets. I trust these guys and I know the combined knowledge of these great vets is so valuable.

Lovely staff. Have been looking after my pets for 27 years. So good with them and helpful advice when needed. Also cannot fault them at the point of making the worst decision ever. Treated us and our pet so kindly

Lots of useful advice

Love coming to you guys even the dogs do but not impressed with the Aussie vet. He didn’t need to swear as often as he did and he was going on about his 2 dogs but the most important dog that he have been talking about was my dog.

We were taking our beloved cat on an emergency appointment to the walnut tree out of hours service, and I wish we hadn’t bothered now , how rude and unsympathetic the Vet was there, walked in and was completely ignored then another person came and said are we okay which we reply? Yes thank you. We are here for an appointment. We were then taken in with the vet that completely ignored us. She was very rude and direct and just made the whole experience Very uncomfortable. She needs some sort of bedside manner when you’re taking a sick pet that you think the world of a little compassion wouldn’t go a miss , would never go back to this Vet again !

Hugo came to the vets for his yearly injections also he had a few issues which needed addressing the vets was lovely explained everything and put my mind at ease. Would not go anywhere else

Whatever surgery I take Harvey too they are always lovely with him and you can tell they have his best interests at heart . The reception staff are always helpful and efficient. Been at this vets now for nearly 11 years .

Always a great experience. Over 30+ years we have come to know and trust the vets in this practice. Recently our cat, Otis, was very ill but the care he received was lovely. Joanna and Rory in particular have been wonderful.

Hank is a stray we adopted. He has anxiety issues alongside a temper. A bit like me really. We rub along as a threesome giving each other space. He doesn't like his visit annual to the V.E.T. but you make it easier for him and that is appreciated.

We took Ghillie for his annual vaccination at 16:45 to the Willen Practise. The surgery was very quiet with only one other dog ahead of us. Ghillie was able to stay on the ground for his check up and very quickly made friends with his vet. A few additional minor worries were able to be discussed and dismissed. It was a delightful stress free visit for Ghillie and his people.

The vet handled my overly terrified of vets rescue dog with care and reassurance. Speaking calmly, offering treats and stroking.
He had his annual vaccination with no issue and even though still trembling (my dog) he also managed to get his nails clipped too.
Stoke Road is a small relaxed location which also helps.

I was not happy that I was charged for the tear test and was not told in advance that there would be a charge. It was clear that my dog was making tears as her eyes are nice and glassy.
Also the fact that I had to have the consultation was a surprise as Bella will need this medicine for life and am happy for a yearly review to tie in with vaccines but not to have to come 6 monthly. My bill was £168! Which is excessive in this instance.

I have all 3 of my fur babies registered with these vets. The people that work in all of the surgeries are so helpful right from the receptionist up to the Vets. It really feels like they care about my pets as much as I do. I have and will always recommend these guys.
