Friendly staff,

I made two visits on Friday 12th September. Freddie Rickwood went in the morning for his first annual booster. He waited patiently to be seen.
Honey Cumberland went in the afternoon as my mum was concerned about her level of movement, this has been dealt with, much to Mum's relief as Honey is an elderly lady.

The vets at Whaddon Way surgery are always caring, attentive and refreshingly honest in their opinion about the best treatment options for your pet. In the past, I have dealt with a bigger brand company who pushed products on us rather than listened to our concerns. The reception staff are usually polite but not over friendly, however, on this visit I was greeted and assisted by a very kind and helpful lady.

Was seen quickly and the issue was dealt with from the options on offer.
I was happy with the service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The Vet was very thorough when Teddy (my JRT) went for is annual check up.

Bailey our dog is on the pet plan, she gets vaccination, bum squeezes as we call them and nail clipping for free on her checkups. They are very quick to get you an appointment, good with repeat medications and reminders and the nurses/vets are all lovely and happy

As always, the latest visit was a very good experience at the Stony Stratford surgery. I only wish I'd realised years ago that MKVG is infinitely better than the soulless 'pet supermarket' of a certain large local chain. My dogs deserve good health care and now that's what they're getting.

I've been with the company for over 12years and always feel welcome, all the staff are fantastic, my last dog Leo was very poorly for the last 3 years of his life and was looked after so lovely at Wallnut Tree, I now have another dog who is also being looked after so we'll,there is a vets in my town now but as I am so happy with this one, it's worth the journey.

Able to get an appointment on the same day for an unwell pet. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff

We always receive excellent service from all the staff either through the chat or at the practice . I took my cat for her vaccination the other day and found out that she has a tooth problem . The vet explained what needed to be done and helped me with my queries regarding the pet insurance . My cat was very nervous so they dealt with her quickly so I could get her back home . Excellent service and lovely staff

Very disappointing experience. I found this practice to be far more focused on making money than on the wellbeing of animals. It felt more like dealing with a corporate chain than a caring local vet.

The staff seemed poorly trained, and the vets didn’t inspire confidence—especially when it came to handling dogs. My dog was visibly anxious during the visit, and instead of helping to calm him, they escalated the situation by trying to muzzle him unnecessarily. When he reacted, they blamed me rather than looking at how they handled things.

They also failed to properly document important vaccinations and medication, including a kennel cough vaccine, which could have had serious consequences. I’ve had multiple issues across this vet group, and honestly, I wouldn't trust them again with my pet’s care.

Avoid this vet if you want proper treatment for your animal and honest, competent service.

Took my cat Marvin for his yearly check up and vaccines. Saw a vet called Joanna who was very caring and gentle with Marvin. I trust her opinion as she has treated a few of my cats.

I went to Walnut Tree Vets and what a great vet I saw " Jordan " she is amazing, she really is an animal lover and gave my dog a thorough check before giving her her injection. Also gave me some valuable information.

My dog Princess is a 16yr old staffy with health problems. We were seen by Debbie, she new exactly what was wrong and new the symptoms she was having. Debbie was great and extremely helpful and caring. Thankyou.

Joanna is such a caring and professional vet. Travelled to Stony to see her. She gave the vaccinations with a small needle and my little dog didn't notice. Would recommend her to anyone.

Our dog Maisie is 15 years old now and she has always had the best care from Milton Keynes Veterinary Group. Jordan has been wonderful with her and sees her regularly now to ensure her latter years are kept pain free and in good health. Whenever we go to Whaddon Way surgery the receptionist is so lovely and helpful as well. We can’t fault it.
