We had a fantastic experience with Mobility Scotland from the initial showroom appointment right through to delivery and installation of my gran’s new bed.

The appointment-only system worked really well because it meant we had proper one-to-one time and never felt rushed. Billy, the Operations Manager, came down to speak with us and personally took the time to show us around and explain everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and approachable, with absolutely no pressure to buy.

What stood out most was how much effort went into finding the right product for my gran rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive option. They had more costly beds available, but recommended the one that actually suited her needs best. The pricing was very competitive and the products they stock were clearly good quality.

They were also completely happy to recommend another company for items they did not supply themselves, which I thought said a lot about their approach. The priority genuinely seemed to be helping us get the right equipment, whether the sale went to them or not.

The showroom itself is excellent and has a huge range of equipment, including rise-and-recline chairs, Opera beds, stairlifts you can actually try, wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom products, mobility scooters and even a fully working Stiltz Trio home lift.

There were also lots of thoughtful little touches, including a drinks station and staff bringing out shortbread, caramel wafers and tea cakes while we were there.

The delivery and installation were just as good as the showroom experience. Billy personally came out to oversee the installation, everything went flawlessly, and the bed was exactly as described.

A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish, with friendly, knowledgeable service and no hard sell at any point. I would have no hesitation recommending Mobility Scotland.

Following a horse riding accident June 2026, spell in hospital and knee operation i missed so many events over the summer. There was one event I did not want to miss and that was R2 in the Park. I phoned 2 wheelchair hire companies to no avail. I rang my local Mobility Centre at Kirkintilloch to see if they could help or let me have info of other hire companies. They did indeed help. The lovely Stevie Scott had a wheelchair available that would suit me for the day in the park for the gig. I cannot thank him enough. He was very thorough making sure it was the right chair for my needs. It served me very well on the day and I had a great time. Stevie was just the best to ensure I had what I needed. Highly highly recommend Mobility Scotland Ltd.

From our initial call enquiring about a stairlift for our mother, to the installation, we cannot fault the staff and skills at Mobility Scotland. Pierce answered all of our queries with great patience and clarity, and all of his questions were centred around our mother's particular needs. He made some excellent suggestions to cater for mum's disability to ensure greater ease of use and safety. At no point did we experience a hard sell and there were no follow-up calls putting pressure on us to choose them. Raymond, who installed the stairlift, worked quickly and took time with mum until she felt confident using it - all done with sensitivity and great humour! We had a visit next day from Pierce to check all was well, and again this visit was firmly focused on mum's needs. Throughout the process, Pierce was professional, respectful and sincere and we felt very confident in choosing to buy from him. I don't doubt that their aftercare will match the high standard we've experienced so far. Over the past 7 years have purchased two rise/recliner chairs for my Father. Billy was beyond helpful and was able to provide a home visit when Dad became bed bound. When you meet such caring and compassionate individuals combined with excellent customer service this can be truly life changing. A chair was provided for dad which gave him his independence back and he was comfortable for the day which gave peace of mind. All of the team at Mobility Scotland are amazing and as a family, we could not praise them highly enough.

Service attention to detail

This is just the most amazing company for products and the customer service/experience is second to none. This is the third purchase we have made. This time a chair for my dad. He loves it. (Previous purchases was a bed for my folks and a chair for my mum). From start to finish the process was seamless and I cannot say how good we have been treated. Billy is just fabulous and knows his stuff for sure. Keeping us in the loop and checking in. Deliver dates spot on and the team that deliver are the nicest bunch - along with being very competent. Don’t by pass this company. You won’t be let down - EVER.

My aunt needed a stair lift, as she was struggling to manage the stairs in her home.
The staff were helpful, informative and considerate, and the stair lift is ideal for my aunt.
Due to her age, she was nervous about using a new product, but the installation staff and the follow-up visit the same day, meant that she fully understands how to use the stair lift and is very comfortable.

From the moment I sent the first email to ask for some advice as to how to get a chair lift installed , until the actual install . Billy and Paul were very helpful in every way . Was looking to get a chairlift installed for my mum . Billy recommended coming into the showroom in Kirkintilloch to have a look at what can be done . We simply sent in a couple of pictures to help with our requirements . Paul then came out for a survey to make sure what we had picked would work. We had to get a radiator moved and the guys were very accommodating on waiting for this to be done . The finished article works a treat no mess no hassles , Paul showed up to complete the hand over to make sure my wee mum knew exactly how to work it . She loves it , can’t thank the guys enough
