Highly Dependable Company and Staff
I have nothing but praise for Mobility Scotland, fronted by Billy and his team.
We purchased a stairlift for my elderly mother in 2023 and from the initial visit to installation, we knew that we were in good hands.
I live 400 miles away from my mother so I needed to feel confident in the product and after-care package. I am happy to report that this is the case. Of course with any piece of machinery, there will be issues but Billy has always provided the necessary support by responding to calls (even at 2200!!), talking me calmly through hitches and providing engineer support if and when necessary.
Mobility Scotland is selling products that, if we are honest, no one wants to have to buy. So when you make the decision to purchase, you have to be certain that the product and after-care service is second to none. This is what you will get with the company.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mobility Scotland. You will receive a personal and highly professional service.

Wonderful customer service and quality products
Billy and the whole team were wonderful to deal with. The knowledge and professionalism they have is exceptional and the aftercare has been the best I have experienced. We recently purchased a product for my uncle and Billy went way above and beyond throughout the whole experience from initial query right through to aftercare. It was quite a big decision and there was never any pressure only advice and help. Would 💯 recommend to anyone.

A Company you can trust
I have used Mobility Scotland for over five years and purchased a number of Riser Recliners as my disease progressed as well as two beds. I have found the company great to deal with in terms of their responsiveness and most importantly as a person with a disability this is a Company I can trust. My most recent purchase was in February this year.

5 star service from start to finish
From start to finish the friendliness and professionalism of all at Mobility Scotland, made me confident that we had chosen the correct company to purchase mum’s stairlift from. We visited the showroom and mum tried a stairlift and was given the time to ask any questions she could think of. No question was too big or too small. Clear communication throughout the process made the whole experience 5 stars. We would highly recommend Mobility Scotland to anyone considering any mobility purchases.

Great company, first class work and reliability from billy and the team. I was very impressed by the very positive way in which everything was done.
