Spoke to Ross, very helpful and polite, would definitely recommend Momentum, for your warranty. Took out extended 12 month warranty. Very good price for my Newley purchased VWT6 Vivante Campervan.

Got warranty on a recent car purchase…
It’s only been three weeks since I bought the car and I’ve already received 4 emails, 1 letter, 4 phone calls and 3 text messages about extending the warranty for another 3, 6 or 12 months.
Honestly, it feels less like customer service and more like having a persistent ex-girlfriend who won’t take the hint!
The sheer amount of contact has really put me off, and after reading some of the reviews about this company, I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with any additional warranty cover.
If this is how they approach selling an extended warranty, it certainly hasn’t given me any confidence in using their services.

I broke down on the motorway the teeth…
I broke down on the motorway the teeth on the cambelt stripped causing further damage to my engine. Momentum have just been disappointing asking for further evidence delaying the garage to fix my van. The damage which have been sent over on video and pictures is more than the claim limit rather than releasing the funds they are delaying, asking for more evidence causing me to hire a van which is causing me to fork out more than I'm earning.

As we’ve explained throughout your claim, before we can authorise the warranty repair, we need sufficient information to establish the root cause of the engine fault. We advised your repairing garage of the information and testing required, including the leak test. When it became clear that they were unsure how to carry out the test, we provided further guidance to assist them.
We have also kept you informed that we were awaiting the additional information from your repairer. Unfortunately, until the required evidence is received, we’re unable to make a decision on the warranty claim.
We fully appreciate the inconvenience and financial pressure this delay may be causing. Our aim is to progress your claim as quickly as possible once the outstanding information is provided.

From start to finish it was so easy and relaxed, we had been looking for 4weeks due to buying a faulty car and getting stressed (very) found this one and made the call to ben from then easy no sales speel great price picked up same day great 5 star complete with a 12months warranty included in the price most place were charging extra for this

C&S Motors Ltd Ashton-Under-Lyne
We were invited to view and test drive a car at C&S Motors Ltd at very short notice and that was very much appreciated. A small deposit was required to hold the car for us and ensure it was not sold before we were able to view.
On arrival at their premises there was no one there as we arrived early. We were able to contact someone and they arrived within a few minutes.
The premises were very tidy and well kept with secure fencing around the parking area. The office was a mobile building and also very clean and tidy.
We viewed the car and the car was put in a position with all around access. We were left to inspect the car and then someone came and was able to answer our questions. We were able to start up the car and make further checks. After this we were invited to test drive the car and someone accompanied us on the short test drive on a planned route to give some varied driving experience.
On arrival back at C&S Motors we went to the office and were offered drinks.
The decision was made to purchase the vehicle and we were able to finalise everything in good time. Arrangements were made for delivery and the car was delivered the next afternoon.
We would like to compliment C&S Motors on their professional approach in selling one of their vehicles to us, we were very satisfied.

CRIMINAL MIS-SELLING AND FINANCIAL SCAM – DO NOT TOUCH MOMENTUM WARRANTIES
If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is engaging in what I can only describe as fraudulent mis-selling.
I purchased what was CLEARLY explained to me as a comprehensive breakdown and warranty package. I paid my hard-earned money in good faith. However, when my vehicle broke down and I called them for the emergency assistance I had paid for, they hit me with a convenient "get out of jail free" card.
They claimed that the service had to be "activated" within 7 days of purchase. They stated that because I missed this arbitrary, hidden deadline (which was never pointed out during the sales pitch), my policy was void, and they could do absolutely nothing to help me.
Let me be clear: This "7-day activation" clause is a trap. It is a deliberate loophole designed to take your money and provide absolutely ZERO service in return. They sell you a product, take your cash, and then hide behind bureaucratic small print the moment you actually need them.
When I asked for a refund or any form of goodwill, they were robotic, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility for their lack of transparency at the point of sale. They are happy to take your money but will run for the hills when it’s time to honor their side of the bargain.
To anyone reading this: Do not be fooled by the low prices or the slick sales talk. Momentum Warranties are not here to protect you; they are here to separate you from your money. They are preying on people who need security for their vehicles, only to leave them stranded.
If you are considering buying from them, please save your money and buy from a reputable provider. This company is a financial trap, and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards for fraudulent mis-selling. They should be shut down.
