Spoke to Ross, very helpful and polite, would definitely recommend Momentum, for your warranty. Took out extended 12 month warranty. Very good price for my Newley purchased VWT6 Vivante Campervan.

Very poor service
Very poor service, and what I feel is probably typical from such a service provider / product.
A van under warranty with Momentum had a breakdown 4 days before the expiry of the policy.
It took RAC 18hrs to recover it from the side of the A1 so having lost the best part of a day, I had three days remaining of the warranty.
Those days fell on a weekend too, so even more time was lost.
A garage could not book the van in for several weeks, but the warranty claim was started at the time of breakdown.
Now that the policy is expired despite claim being realised before its end, Momemtum have simply closed it down and rejected it.
Contacted their support for assistance with all policy and details etc. The email response was concise, seemed contractual (so basically f-off, we’re not playing or paying) and was un-empathetic, direct, and poor at best.
Fair? No. Right and proper of them? No.
Conclusion: AVOID!

The service was excellent; the staff were not at all pushy. They provided us with a wide selection of vehicles within our price range and assisted us in organising everything. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to visit this dealership and speak with the staff. It felt like they will take any advantage not to pay out.
Please read the 1 star rated reviews and take them seriously. I had the car for 6 weeks and had a problem with a leaking water pump. I could not get it in to the garage I bought it from for for 2 weeks so opted to get it sorted at a local one and claim back. It’s been an absolute nightmare, I could not follow the exact process they wanted me to because the garage done well to fit me in quickly due to a family mobility issue. They wanted a diagnostics, which we done, then delayed the response to authorise the repair (claiming we did not send the pics) which the garage could not wait for due to having to strip the parts down. I took the chance to ask them to carry out the repair thinking I had momentum’s full support. I was then told they would not pay for the repair due to us not following the process. I then asked if I did follow the process would they have covered the cost of the repair and they said no because they decided from a picture that the fault was wear and tear. It felt to me that they took full advantage not to pay out. THIS IS NOT WHAT GOOD COMPANIES DO! Most companies operate on the fact that life is not perfect, things go wrong and more often than not support their customers when they need them the most. My advice would be to not take this cover out.
