I contacted Moneyhelper when a previous employer was insisting I take financial advice in order to withdraw from their scheme. Moneyhelper quickly provided me with the information I needed to challenge my employer, who immediately caved in.

I rang to make a telephone appointment and the Advisor rang exactly on time and asked me security questions set up during my first call to arrange the meeting so I knew it wasn't a scam call. My Advisor, Sarah, was lovely and incredibly patient and clear, explaining and repeating things if I wasn't too sure. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend AND it's a free service.

I just spent an hour on the phone just to be told they recommended I help myself. Even though I expressed difficulty communicating with my creditors due to my anxiety. Person o the phone was rude, sharp, and impatient. I just wanted some relief approaching my baby’s arrival and I’ve just not gotten any real immediate support.
