Whatever your circumstances, we’re on your side. Our website, helplines, webchat and email services can answer your questions in the way that suits you best.
MoneyHelper also provides Pension Wise, a free and impartial government service to help you understand the different ways you can take your pension pot with our one-hour appointments.
You can get an appointment if you have a UK-based defined contribution pension and are:
- 50 or over
- or under 50 and:
- inherited someone else's pension, or
- are retiring early due to poor health.
We can also help you:
- deal with debt
- reduce your spending and build up savings
- navigate life events such as redundancy, relationship breakdown, retirement or bereavement
- budget for bills or major purchases
- learn about mortgages and renting
- find out about extra benefits and entitlements
- report financial scams or fraud.

Very helpful agent however the hope they would be able to help me find a less expensive travel insurance that covered medical conditions did not transpire. In fact all of their recommendations were more expensive than those I had already found.
