Montrose Glass was formed in 2012 with the specific aim to deliver a cost-effective, professional, high-quality glazing service. We are a family run business with a team who has more than 20 years’ experience in the glazing industry, so you can always speak to a glazing expert directly for instant quotations and free advice. Montrose Glass is fully accredited and work to British Standards (ISO 9001/ISO 45001). We are also accredited in the safe contractor scheme, so you can rest assured of quality control with all of our works and procedures. As a safe contractor, we only employ highly qualified, experienced, professional and trustworthy glaziers. All our own glazing vans are fully stocked with the most common types of single glazing glass that we can cut on site. This means we could fix your window in the first visit! We pride ourselves on carrying out all glass and glazing works to the highest standards and on our clear and concise communication with our customers.

Prompt and friendly service
I had been looking for someone to install a cat flap for a few months. After contact three other companies with no response I came across Montrose glass. After giving them a call they had someone out the next day to measure up and order the glass. The whole thing was completed in less than 10 days. Very friendly staff over the phone and the installers were very efficient. Highly recommend

Emergency repair call out
I needed someone to come out quickly to make a property secure after a patio door was broken. Montrose Glass answered the phone when I couldn't get an answer from other companies and were out within 4 hours to board up and tidy up. They measured up on this visit and the glass was replaced on another visit within the timescale given and again to a high standard. Many thanks.

Following the breakage of window glass…
Following the breakage of window glass in an external door, Montrose Glass made a same-day visit to board and make safe my property, including removing shards of glass. At a subsequent visit new safety glass was fitted.
The overall customer service provided by Montrose Glass was excellent: pleasant, prompt and efficient, and thanks are due to the glazier Chris who came to both site visits. I am very pleased with the final result and would recommend Montrose Glass.

Had new cat flap with double blazing to French door were there every step of the way got me the best price and easy to talk to . Glazier came on a Saturday morning did a good job I would recommend Montrose glass to anybody I've got one happy cat many thanks

Emergency call out
Oh my god after a disaster with a sofa delivery I tried to get window company’s in my area ( Saturday morning at 11.15 ) but they were all shut or not answering the phone when i phoned Montrose glass and left a voice Mail and a email I did not hold much hope, with in two minutes they rang back and arranged a glazier to come with in two hours to remove window for sofa to fit, Twenty minutes later I had another phone call with the exact time of arrival, so had time to arranged friends to help with the sofa. ( sorry with all that was going on I have forgotten his name ) he turned up ten minutes early and was very helpful made it look easy to remove the glass unit ( wish I had the correct tolls ) then he helped use with the getting the sofa from the garage and into the lounge. This was all done in 45min. No mess very helpful very professional. THANK YOU

Great Speedy Service
Urgenty needed a couple of windows boarded up. Called Montrose, was given a price and they came the next day. Lovely gentleman came out and fixed straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome - From 1st call to getting work…
From 1st call to getting work completed.. this firm is awesome! Gary took call & booked me in & then kept me updated with timings/costs etc. Met Sean &team for assessment meeting ; got costings within 48 & appnt booked within 3 days of that. Workmen clean & professional. 100% of requirements met for repairs/updates.I suggested possible higher amount of fixings/replacements BUT they explained why not required & keot my costs to minimum.

A great job.
The glazier was clearly very experienced and a nice guy to boot. He did the job very quickly and efficiently and the new cat flap looks great. Montrose Glass really delivered and now Rodney can come and go as he pleases, giving him and me more freedom. Great job.
