Would definitely shop here again ‘

I ordered a couple of things online. You communicated well to let me know they'll be a little later than expected. And I was grateful when they arrived.

I bought an acoustic guitar from Mooloolaba Music on a Sunday from my home in Central Queensland. I made a couple of phone calls to the helpful staff to check a few things and then completed the purchase online. Overall a very easy process.

Best Price Fast Service! what else do you want?

Speedy and communicative service, helpful staff. I was stoked to ge the guitar I was looking for at such a l;ow price.

Unfortunately the performance of your courier hasn't been the best. In 3 full days the tracking status hasn't been updated and they haven't answered by queries on where the guitar is. Its only coming to Sydney so i would have expected it by now. Maybe they will answer your queries? I realise this is out of your control but maybe use a different courier for interstate delivery? Thanks

Answered my email question quickly. Website easy to use and shipping was fast. I am so grateful they had the cord I needed for our electric piano.

great service, very quick to deliver

Super fast experience with online shopping.

Great website, competitive pricing, very fast delivery. Would definitely shop again with Mooloolaba Music Centre. Thank you!

I have shopped online and in store at Mooloolaba Music. Your website makes purchasing easy and affordable, but better still your staff are awesome whether click and collect or browsing instore. Thank you so much for your knowledge and friendly support.

Best price online for the pedal I bought, cheap shipping and arrived in Adelaide less than 48 hours after ordering. Awesome store - will be using them again!

Mooloolaba Music staff were very helpful in expediting the online purchase through ZIP money. Their staff phoned to confirm address details in addition to careful preparation and packaging for safely shipping the guitar in pristine condition. Couldn’t be happier with the Gibson Standard Les Paul guitar, perfect action, intonation etc. Buy quality musical instruments with confidence from these guys - reasonable prices - cannot go wrong here.

Had the best price on the UA Lion, and received it within 48 hours of the purchase!

Quick delivery, excellent price.
An overall stress free
transaction.
Thank you.

Excellent service during purchase of online voucher. Staff helped follow up delivery when I made a mistake with the address. The voucher was used to buy various accessories in store & we have a very happy grandson. Thank you everyone at MMC.

I bought a Pratley Acoustic guitar and Simon was kind and patient while I worked my way through all the other brands, but it was the Pratley OM-sce-m/b that spoke to me. I loved it even more once I got it home and played it amongst familiar surroundings

Very happy with the fast delivery and the communication. Many thanks

The banjo I ordered arrived promptly and was undamaged by transit. There were a number of sections where an adhesive was present from a sticker which needed to be removed and a small mark on the head of the banjo. Otherwise it is everything I wanted

I got the best deal for an intermediate flute from Mooloolaba Music Centre, after comparing several websites. Quality product, fast response to my enquiry, and quick delivery! Couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend them for any of your musical needs.
