Always had a great experience here and fast withdrawals. Was notified on Thursday I had won a portable food mixer and it was received by the Saturday which was great. A nice little surprise

I've really enjoyed playing on the site but due to the payout time I won't be playing it again any other site I've played the funds are paid in a couple of hours takes days on here unacceptable. If other sites can payout fast so could this site just a way to hold onto your money longer

The thing that drags this site down is the withdrawl times. Via PayPal you can expect 3 days at best. Via card I've had to wait more than a week before. Where other sites use Visa Direct and process instantly, Moon games takes 48 hours just to process!

I liked playing on the site actually but I have to agree that the withdrawal times are mad. I've been waiting over 3 days for a PayPal withdrawal, even spoke to someone on the phone a couple days ago and they said it'll be another few days!! I'm used to PayPal being kind of instant/up to 24hours!!

I have been playing on moon games for 2 years and i can honestly say it is a first rate site, the wide range of games are excellent with fantastic payout percentages. The customer service personel are friendly and very helpful. also depositing and withdrawing money to and from your account is fast and reliable.

I havn't played on this site for ages. Las time i played i did win and withdraw, Slots not amazing not paying much at all. Had free spins on wheel but the wagering requirements are ridiculous. and the choice of games that you can play the bonus on very restrictive,

Please avoid at all cost. You don't win anything. The website is also terrible. Many games don't load properly and there's just too many glitches.
If you want to have fun I guess it's okay otherwise don't expect to gain anything else.

Good site I had few wins also, Joined couple of months ago but their ongoing promotion are not good enough to made deposit again. It's always around 10% deposit bonuses, when I play on other casinos which offer better promotions and much better for VIPs
Here I received email from vip team and when i reply they send me code just once with 75% deposit bonus and that's it never heard again from them no codes nothing to offer vip members.
SO good first deposit bonus but nothing after from this site after that..

When I first joined I was really pleased with it as I'm a member of a few other sites this was my favourite as had some good wins at first but lately I've been made elite.vip member but I've deposited a fair bit of money and not even had a quarter of that back even when it says 95.6% chance of winning lol so not my preferred site nomore really disappointed in how much it takes from good customers
