I JOINED UP WITH MOON GAMES ON 08/08/2015. I SPENT £70.00. I WON £642.90. THE PROBLEM IS I CANT WITHDRAW MY MONEY UNTIL I SPEND A FURTHER £1516.80. IF MOON GAMES HAD CLEARLY STATED THAT YOU HAVE TO DEPOSIT £1875.00 BEFORE YOU CAN WITHDRAW. THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE JOINED MOON GAMES. OUT OF 5. I WOULD GIVE MOON GAMES 0/5 #COWBOYCASINOFIRM.

I did my research on this casino before making any deposits, as you all should because I sure knew it when I got stung by a previous casino for not reading the T's & C's once upon a time, yes many casinos set limits to your winnings in some cases and they can and will confiscate it for pretty much any reason they can think of. BUT...NOT MOON GAMES!! I put the live chat facility to good use and grilled them with 20 questions, there is no maximum withdrawal at any time, no restriction and that includes winnings gained from bonuses, of course as standard wagering requirements apply but rest assured...yoUr winnings are YOUR WINNINGS. of course I recommend you study the small print before you throw money at it and no question is a silly one, big or small. I read all the reviews and I was impressed. there are all kinds of bonuses for every deposit, not just 3rd, 2nd 3rd etc. use live chat everytime you make a deposit and they will give you a bonus, but don't expect freebies too frequently, that's what your loyalty chips are for and there are many ways to earn them. for instance I deposited £20 on my first time - received my bonus PLUS 11000 loyalty chips which I was able to redeem for £11!! WOW! although this depends on the games you play and of course how much is wagered etc. this is all in the T's & C's. Their live support is the worst I have ever experienced basically I joined up got my first deposit fine didn't win but that's gambling for ya so anyways a week or so later I get an email with a 100% depo bonus and £5 free on top! I dep'd £15 and got £27 so not the 100% or the £5 on top took me 4 days of emailing them no reply and every time I went on live nobody was around by the 4th day I finally got someone on live chat who credited the missing bonus right away after I sent them the email! Now this is a month later a friend of mines wanted to play at moon games and I referred them and I didn't get my bonus for it it has now been 4 days I got 1 email back asking for friends name then nothing that was 2 days ago and to top it all of they now have no live chat???? They are actually the most frustrating site I have ever used. I actually can't understand how anyone can give them a good review no proper live support and when you email they just ignore you when on the other hand moon bingo doesn't and has live chat but this has now put me off playing at moon bingo also as I am utterly disappointed in them as I brand I liked and knew well so moon games/bingo shove off I don't even want my bonus now you utterly suck!
