A good price for a good level of cover
The price was equivalent to what I'd been paying but with a better level of cover and what I'm sure will be a much better veterinary experience than I've had due to the insurance I've had for the last 3 years.

Poor communication
Poor communication, slow payments, no portal to log into to see the status of your claim.
Vets have sent clinical history into More Than but they state it’s not received.

The team were able to get me the same package as last year with only a very small increase. I wanted to stay with more than for the first vet app that is on this policy. I find it so valuable for the speed to get peace of mind.
