If the question is, are the lights bright and aesthetically pleasing? The answer is yes.

The problem is the fact that the set I ordered for my ford ranger gave me nothing but problems straight out of the box (Hyperflashing, flickering, functionality). Now, the lights come with a 5 year warranty. However, customers like me exist that would rather return and receive a full refund for considerably expensive lights. As opposed to the alternative, requiring removing them from the truck every time a part is defective and needs to be swapped.

Morimoto doesn’t do that though. What they do when someone just wants to return is try to make you pay return shipping, and then charge a 10% restocking fee (which I couldn’t get waived because I used the lights … even though there’s no way to know they’re defective unless you USE the lights). Next thing you know, the product is on their website again listed as open box/scratch &dent for a slightly (very slightly) lower price than a brand new set.

Customer service experience was marginal at best. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I replaced aging HID lighting with morimoto light kits. First I replaced my obscured headlight housing, then installed the morimoto HID lights. Brights, lol what are those. I did replace the running headlights and the bright light bulbs with the morimotos. it's embarrassing to have to flash the oncoming drivers, weak and feable lights. I had an issue, I installed the system in error, called morimoto I paid for and ordered replacement bulbs, talked to tech they issued a replacement order. I re-installed the system correctly and kept the bulbs for... whatever reason and did not return for refund costs, my error. that should speak volumes for tech/cust. support and brightness on the road. A++++

I use Morimoto for all of my vehicle’s lighting (2015 RAM 1500 Sport). The performance and aesthetic is bar-none the best. Aside from that though, I had to process two returns; One for mirror lights which became damaged, and a set of faulty headlights. That being said, the process both times was not only fast, but a pleasurable experience. The 5 year warranty claim is a real game changer. Planning on getting the grill next. Wish they had a military or law enforcement discount though.

Lights are easy to install and looks great!!

The quality of their lighting solutions is amazing. My factory 2019 2500HD Sierra headlights and fog lights were okay at best. I always dreaded driving at night, especially if it was raining. After installing morimoto headlights and fog lights, I can drive much more confidently. I can see so much better. They also look different, so the front of my truck has a completely different attitude now. It looked good before, now it looks great! Thank you for your quality lighting solutions.

I shopped several different lighting options for my 2013 Toyota Tundra double cab platinum. Even consulted ChatGPT and it was a definite decision to go with Morimoto XB HID Lights. I had a small issue with a small spec inside the lens after installation. I contacted the company I purchased it from along with Morimoto. The customer service response was very quick, a return order was authorized and a replacement set was sent out promptly.
Installation was a breeze very straightforward. 100% plug and play. Operation was also 100% with no issues. I recommend spending the extra dollars for the high-quality product that Morimoto provides, as you will have no issues and be completely satisfied.

Great customer service

Received the Jeep Gladiator taillights. Installation was simple. The factory blind spot detection sensors fit perfectly in the new lights. Wiring was plug and play. The lights are nice and heavy. The lenses are thick and mad better than other aftermarket options. I love the sleek look the rear end now has.

Like many recent reviews I have yet to receive my full order. Going on a month and a half and still nothing. They stopped responding to my emails. I just want to know exactly what’s going on instead of feeding me what I want to hear.

Fast! Products came in super fast and great packaging and quality! Will definitely buy from here again in the future!

Great quality lights. I’ve ordered the tail and headlights for my F150, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the look and function. Definitely a top notch product!

The headlights I bought are holding up great. I also have a set of fog lights for my car and they are wonderful as well, very bright, but I don’t get flashed by drivers in oncoming traffic. I installed a set in my father’s vehicle too because he liked mine so much.
I also had some stickers I wanted to put on my car that came with my headlights but I lost them so I sent an email and they sent me a new sticker pack!

Instructions were straight forward and the pieces included during installation made it a breeze! Best of all, they make my truck look 5 years newer and light the road amazingly. High quality product that I will certainly recommend and go back to in the future.

Ordered foglights they worked great until one of them wouldn’t turn on. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent replacements. Good customer service. New ones so far are good !

Have yet to receive my full order. Sent two emails and no response. Terrible customer service.

Absolute Professionals here. Solved my problem quickly and sent me the correct parts. The old fashion Customer service you just don’t see anymore. I’m a sceptic and I’m impatient but will definitely use these guys again. Buy direct from their website, don’t waste your time with knockoffs or eBay. You get what you pay for and Morimoto definitely gives you Value for your hard earned money.

I love the appearance and quality of my XB tail lights on my 4 Runner. Unfortunately I cracked one and was eager to replace it. After speaking to customer service I was told I could not replace the lens and had to purchase a new set of lights totaling over $800 which is considerably more than I paid in 2024. I reluctantly placed the order and now own two sets with one passenger side crack. They should have single replacement lights available.

Purchased at GSMJI25 so didn't have my order number, but was in their system so process may have had extra steps but still a Good looking product, did have to file a warranty claim, representative was able to walk me through all the requirements to process a claim. Received the replacement and returned the other unit, Morimoto stuck to their word and honors their product warranty and processed my "core deposit refund" Was for the JT fender chop DLRs.
