Morimoto Lighting Avis 

I purchased LED tail lights and third brake light for a Ford super duty. All of the lights are beautiful and it’s a quality product. That said one of the tail lights has condensation that gets into it every time it gets wet and it takes a couple of days to dry out. I contacted the company to let them know and they said that’s normal for LED tail lights. I’ve had other vehicles with factory LED tail lights and that’s simply not the case however Morimoto is standing by their decision. Disappointing.

We have purchased many Morimoto products for multiple vehicles and they are the best that I have found. The last purchase was for taillights for a 2015 F150. One of the taillights was hit by another driver and we needed one replacement. While they could not split up the set, they offered a very nice discount to get a whole new set! Always helpful and efficient with fast shipping!

My order wasn’t shipped with the amount of splitters that was supposed to be with the order then I called explained what I was missing and I was sent two of the same that didn’t work so I had to call back and send pictures of the one I was missing and I received that which is the correct one so it’s been frustrating trying to put the 1 and 2 banger lights on my ford f350 so hopefully I can finish the install.

The price is high so you should get quality. The lights are great looking and fit like a glove. Install couldn't be easier. My problem is that when the lights are on all I get on my radio is static. I texted customer service but never got a response. If they have a solution I will give 5 stars

Bad experience. I ordered a part after specifying my truck model (2022 RAM 1500), but the item they sent does not fit my vehicle. When I contacted them, they refused to help and insisted that I pay both the return shipping and a restocking fee. This feels like very poor customer service. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I'm honestly not sure where to begin; I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Morimoto. The shipping is as unbelievably fast, as if they know the anxiety that pains car enthusiast as we wait for newly ordered parts for our cars and projects. Next was the quality of parts that I recieved. My first impressions when I laid eyes on the packaging, I knew I had ordered a quality product. However, do to my own mistake, I had ordered the wrong color taillights. They were beautiful, but they just wasn't going to work with the color of my car. I contacted Morimoto and feared the return process, which I falsely assumed would be a headache. Ofcourse Morimoto understood my error and assisted my with the return and quickly sent the replacement (thanks Austyn). I have since installed the taillights which was super easy by the way, and they look absolutely amazing! I will be back for headlights when I can! Great job Morimoto!

Quality headlights and customer service for my 2019 Z06 Corvette.

I’ve purchased the 3rd brake light and license plate lights from Morimoto in the past and just ordered the LED fog lights to replace the oem lights. Super easy install. The headlights will be next on my list. They make quality products and I know they’re a bit expensive but it’s like the old saying: you get what you pay for. These are worth every penny. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

Great product I have the sequential turn signals for the side mirrors on my 04 F150

The representative that I ordered the bulbs form assured me that the cooling fans are silent, but they make an audible whine when the brake is applied. I ordered these bulbs to correct that problem.

The D3s bulbs for my Jeep grand cherokee trailhawk work great 👍
I had to replace both of the complete original headlights, cause of the original "stupid" design of how the bulbs get attached to the headlights . The D3s bulbs are about 20% brighter that the originals hopefully they will last a long time .

Had an issue with one of the license plate lights. Contacted them and they sent out a replacement N/C
Sent return label for me to return the one light

I had bought many lights from them. Top quality to be honest.

I have head lights, tail lights, reverse light, etc... from them.

All the products have been install on my truck over two years and not issue at all.

I live in Michigan, the weather can be pretty hard and these items have been working without issue.
