If you want a comfy swivel recliner chair then Morris living ltd is the place to visit to see and try out their large collection of chairs. Nathan the manager gave great advice and sorted out quick delivery so we got it the next day a real asset to the business. Highly recommended and definitely deserves 5 stars.

Good communication throughout by Dominic. “Service with a smile”. Minor problem on opening the boxes is being dealt with and again good communication. We are not local so good feedback to the customer is vital as in any service industry. DPD were good. Assembly instructions straight forward used my own tools tho!😀. Assistance from daughter invaluable. 😂

For a company that says in its marketing literature that it prides itself on "delivering incredible customer service", I beg to differ. My experience has been "incredible", but alas, for all the wrong, (negative) reasons. Having been advised that the item purchased would be delivered to my home and at extra cost, set-up, within a week or so from purchasing, after 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to the consignor and to its appointed courier, Furdeco, I have been unable to establish exactly when I could expect delivery to take place. having been advised previously on 2 seperate occasions by the courier during this time, of scheduled, timed and dated deliveries. As might be expected, I have now chosen to cancel the order and have requested a full refund.

Delivered promptly with instructions. I needed to order a new seat, which again, arrived very quickly.

I was very pleased by the delivery being so immediate and within the hours designated. The product is also proving very successful as I am able to have more comfortable nights.

This was a fantastic piece of furniture , once put together it is very comfortable and a pleasure to own .
