Great service and excellent quality products

Great price for a refurbished chair and stool which was in fabulous condition.
Only disappointment was the remote control for the massager was missing but one phone call and one was sent next day so very pleased

Lovely chairs, relatively easy to put together.
My only complaint was that nobody checked one of the boxes to make sure that all of the parts were in there.
It was resolved but took longer due to it being a weekend.
Customer services were all very helpful from start to finish.

Ordered one day came the next.

Cannot fault Morris Living. The customer service was excellent and delivery via DPD perfect and came as specified. Upon ordering the delivery sequence commences but it was no trouble to put a hold on the process for a few days to get the delivery on a more suitable day. The whole process went through with no hitch

The fireside orthopedic chair is of excellent quality.

Trying to find a chair to go with a similar one. Was well happy to find this one, and in the colour I wanted. Arrived really quickly too. Only found it by chance in a magazine advert.

The chair looks good and is comfortable, but the recline function is jarring and clunky, very noisy and tricky, so I’m assuming it needs better lubrication. But considering it’s less than a month old, it isn’t great really, particularly when it cost £299.

Additionally, I wrote on the delivery notes that the resident of the property is disabled and unable to carry the item into the house - the delivery man knocked and then just dumped the massive box in the middle of the hallway, clearly seeing the man he was delivering to is physically disabled

The only thing we found bad was the instruction to assemble it are poor as the letters on the diagram for the screws are not correct. Luckily my husband worked out which screws were needed !
Otherwise good product at a good price !

Bought two leather recliner chairs. On delivery one arm had a hole in it. They replaced it. Within a year the other one went. Because I was a few days out of warranty I had to pay a hundred pounds for a replacement.
One chair makes terrible noises when sitting in it and now I notice the leather is wearing.
Have reported it but as usual they aren’t much help.

Nice quality chair for the price and delivered in good time.
Customers should be told that if may take two people to construct and the instructions were very small.

Very prompt service and delivery and excellent communication. My husband is terminally ill ill and we needed a riser recliner chair and I can’t fault the service we received.

Delivery in less than 24 hours from ordering fantastic service. The instructions left a lot to be desired as the blister pack With all the Allan screws and bolts in were wrongly numbered in a couple of places but I sorted it out as I went along. But on saying that we are very pleased with the chair.
