Delivered on time by very helpful delivery men. Well packaged, all in good condition. Went together well, happy with finished product.
Really needs two people for easy assembly.

The riser recliner chair is excellent very good service from Morrison Living, but the delivery company, thumbs down. Not impressed when they’re not talking English.

Good product, fair price, good delivery time
Took 5 days or so to deliver to PA34 which is pretty good.
Didn't get delivery updates frequently like some retailers for but luckily I was in when the courier turned up.

All home assembly required and where…
All home assembly required and where the armrests attach was not as easy as the instructions showed. I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the cloth covering and the level of padding however you pay for what you get and this was not an expensive chair so all in all I gave it 4 stars

professional friendly service
After an initial mistake with delivery. Morris rectified mistake efficiently ... rapidly... apologing profusely.It was great to have a real person the end of a phone to deal with and solve any issues. My chair and stool are great .. very smart to look at.and very comfortable ...I would not hesitate to recommend this small family business to friends and family .Thank you Morris Living for your personnel excellent service

Good chairs & good experience.
Lovely saleroom with lots of choice and a very courteous salesman with a non intrusive manner, lovely that he left us alone to wander. Communications were really good and we were kept updated at every stage of our order, owing to a stay in hospital we were unable to collect our chairs as agreed so they arranged to deliver them. They arrived the very next day, wonderful service .... and yes the chairs are really comfortable.
