Firstly they tried to deliver tyre to wrong address, took tyre back and told they couldn't deliver it. Said I would get a refund, 4 weeks and still no refund, customer services keep telling me they have paid me, they haven't, but they are saying have patience, then put phone down, worst service ever I have been robbed. Please don't trust this company

Never received my tyre – no support, no refund
I ordered a tyre and never received it. The tracking link leads to a weird German website that doesn't even show my name or address, so I can't confirm if it's even for me. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no response for days. At this point, I feel scammed – no tyre, no money, no help. Avoid this seller unless you enjoy throwing money into the void.

This is totally unacceptable.
The company states it's .co.uk but it is actually situated in Germany.
Take my advice and don't buy anything from them, ever.

I wish I saw the reviews before I ordered :( They have shipped one tyre and told me it will be 2-weeks getting to me, who knows when the second tyre is coming... I don't! I am in the process of cancelling the order now already been on hold 20 minutes they make it almost impossible to cancel.

As ordered but at bit slow coming.
The tyres took a little while getting here and didn't come together but at least they came and were what I ordered unlike another company I tried. Tyres now on bike and ready for the warmer weather.

Right price and as described. It takes quite a while for the order to be delivered and there was a little uncertainty between ordering and delivery that it was a scam, but all good in the end and happy with the results. Would use moto tyres again.

RUBBISH customer service.my husband ordered 2 tyres for only one to be delivered. he has been trying to contact them since yesterday, the day the one ture was delivered, without success. he was number 7 in line, then number 1 for 2 hours. he tried again today and he is number 2 in line for a while. he emailed them without response.

Absolutely rubbish company, makes out they are uk based then everything has to be shipped from abroad, waited over 2 weeks for my tyre to arrive and its the wrong tyre theyve sent, tried calling customer services and been number 1 in the queue for over 2 hours, absolute joke my order number is 53122930 i want a full refund, no chance im waiting another 2-3 weeks for a replacement to be sent

Avoid this non UK business run from a shed
Waited over 2 weeks for a non existence tyre, tried contacting via phone/messaging. Automated voice told me parcel had been delivered so I waited online to speak to somebody....even though 1st in the queue no-one answered. Phoned dpd couriers uk who told me tyre had been returned to sender, when asked why he had no answer and put the phone down....obviously sick of the complainants about the business from a shed or more than likely part of it !
Opened a complaint with PayPal (proper company)who were amazing and got my money refunded.
