Where is my order? I ordered this on 2nd of july and after a week of not being dispatched I’ve been told this will arrive by 16/07. Today I receieved another email saying its only been dispatched today. What hell is going on? My order number 52998685

The most useless company ever
The most useless company ever, im currently on hold for more than an hour now in "position 1" their contact forms do not work as you put in their own job number and their own system doesn't recgonise it so you cant send the form, and their live chat is unattended despite me waiting 20 mins after which time I lost the will to live, they sent me the wrong tyre and will now speak with Paypal to get my refund as this company are avoiding me and everyone else it seems after they have taken your money, and to cap it all off they send you invoice to say they haven't received payment!!..AVOID THIS COMPANY

Nearly 2 weeks now and meant to be 2-4 day delivery. Impossible to contact and will never use again, just wish I could get my money back and buy elsewhere.

Cheap but don’t expect speedy delivery
Cheap for a reason. Don’t be fooled by the uk website domain as this is not a uk company. If you’re in a rush, go elsewhere as my tyre took over a week to arrive.

Shady bunch
Website suggests UK based company, but they are in fact, well who knows where. Ordered my tyre on the Mat 15th now June 2nd and no tyre. Got a message on the 23rd saying delivered, but it wasn't. Communication is difficult, I'd ask for a refund if I could get in touch. Would not recommend at any price.

Very slow to deliver
Had I realised it would be over 2 weeks for a delivery I would have definitely gone elsewhere. My bike is my only transport so when a tyre is punctured and naff I would have liked a new one a bit quicker. On a plus, the website is easy to navigate with hassle free ordering and the prices are really good.
Ok 4-8 days after dispatch, but it still took a week and a half to dispatch it. Probably because you had to order from another country which makes your .co.uk a joke. I thought it would mean stocked/sent in the uk. My mistake which won't be made again.
