I placed an order on October 19th and have yet to receive my package or any tracking information. Despite sending an email to customer service, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and delayed shipping is incredibly frustrating.
Bought few items asked Track Number using custumer support and they respond in 2 days , items arrived today and they shipped it over to Africa so 5 stars for me .

I ordered 4 key rings from motohaunt. They arrived sooner than expected but one of them was wrong. I E mailed right away and got very quick response. James promised to send out the correct one right away and keep the wrong one because it was their mistake. The quality of the product is great! The customer service is great! I gave 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake. James handled it promptly and made this customer happy about ordering from Motohaunt!

I ordered a key chain and everything was fine.
Basically a scam. Ordered a keychain and they give you a third class (fake) tracking Website. Which doesn't know what it's doing. And they barely reply to emails and when the product is not delivered on time they pretend to solving the issue but in reality they are just extending the timeline to the point where you give up. I have all the receipt and emails
