Good prices and quick delivery

Purchased two items from this company, acerbis handle bar protectors
1st was returned because they were just too heavy duty. These were refunded with in a few days.
Yes I did have to pay return postage and was aware of this when ordering.
2nd set ordered and delivered within a couple of days. I had opted for the free courier delivery and were delivered ahead of time.
I have had no problems with this company and made considerable savings on the items ordered

No free returns, postage costs too much, not viable.

Although the customer services are friendly I did call to say I had a return, the moto X jersey I bought was so big, I had already paid £5.99 for next day delivery but standard delivery was £3.99, so when I returned my item I had to pay the post office £3.49 for second class, bearing in mind I also returned a similar o'neil jersey back to 24mx and their return postage was free, they simply sent me a label, so as O'neil clothing is alot bigger than other brands such as Alpinestars this return has cost me a total of £9.50, a costly mistake which makes me think I cant do anymore bussiness with you, and I can see why amazon is so successful as their returns are free and so easy.

Great prices but crap customer…

Great prices but crap customer services. Lost one of my two parcels, £35 worth. I bought two on the same day which must have confused them. So I will take the hit rather than spending hours going to and from, the initial contact met with the "it's been delivered" attitude and will no doubt blame the Royal mail, won't be using again and for the record guys, my contract was with you, not the Royal Mail.

Won't be using them again!

Have recently got back into dirt bikes and needed to get new off-road gear and components. I have had a number of transactions with DBE since late November 2020, all of which went well. However, I recently ordered folding brake and gear levers for my bike which the DBE website clearly states, even today, fit my bike. There is no equivocation, no warning to "call us to check if this fits your model". However, when they arrived they clearly didn't fit my model. As this was not my mistake I don't think it unreasonable for DBE to refund the postage in these circumstances, £7:50 - sent recorded as I wanted proof of receipt, or a proportion of the cost. I wrote a letter to this effect, enclosed with the goods and also emailed them saying as much. To date I have had no contact at all apart from just noticing that the basic refund amount has been received on my credit card. I won't be using them again as 1stMx is by far and away better in the customer service stakes.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Would not use if they was the last company available.

I have had no end of issues with them. They sent me damaged goods, the only reason I used these over 24mx or 1st mx (which are way better and cheaper) is because they delivered them quicker. I paid £45 more so I got them on time.

They decided that it was impossible for this to happen and that I was a liar. So I sent them 12 photos of the damage and grass sticking out of them. Which they finally agreed it was a manufacturer issue.

I was happy to keep the used ones along as they refunded me part of the money. They offered me £5 off with every £100 I spent in the future. Which 1 does not cover the effort and time I have put into arguing them and 2 I would not use these again.

Finally they collected them and now they have told me that they have no more stock to replace them. Absolutely pathetic. On top of this managers don't exist and you basically have to explain to to a new customer service agent eventide you respond
