Can't ask for more at the moment but there's room for improvement. Think outsite the box, and move ahead of others.

Customer service is not like before
Sometimes
You are told to ring back when u do you're kept on hold until the business is closed.

I have recieved one decent customer service occasion .
Sometimes the staff don't care about your complaint.

And the garages that sell the cars don't always give an accurate description .

ive been to a few of the motorhogs around the country and these people couldnt help enough,if only there were a few more places like this it would make life a bit easier

The services are great, but more needs to be done with respect to the cars, very good details description of the cars and faults on them will be very nice. This is because not all of us will be able to view the cars before bidding and to know what other faults the cars do. I brought two cars, there were other problems with them which were not listed as part of the damage listed on the cars, if i had knew of those problems l will not have bided for the cars. I had to send the cars to scrap yard

I have been buying cars form 'Motorhog' for some time now. I have always been happy with the vehicles I have bought and the service I've received.

Staff in the office have always been pleasant and helpful.

I've noticed a lot of negative comments on this forum from people who claim to have had bad experiences. as I can see this has got to be the buyers fault.
MOTORHOG recommend that customers come and view the vehicles before bid.
They allow customers to come and have a look and a poke round the cars before sale day. Any sensible person would do this before they press that bid button wouldn't they?
People who have not taken their time to come and have a look round a car that they are potentially going to spend their cash on really don't have an argument.
I know it's a gamble I wouldn't take.

Starts & drives!!
Vehicles listed as this; do just this, they start and they drive.
It's up to us as customers to come and check out the cars to the best of our ability. Then make our discussion to bid or not to bid.


I'd say it's common sense ( not so common with some people apparently)

Found a car i wanted to buy at a third of the price from making the first call to viewing paying and picking up the vehicle an excellent service would not hesitate to use again.

they where very friendly to talk to and arranged all the delivery details for me,the car arrived on time as agreed with them and at a resonable cost.

good site but watch out for were at they slip odd ones in miles away and delivery charges kill your good buy

I have bought 4 cars with Motohog and satisfied with the purches so far. I have also sold a car through them. The process was simple and qiuk. Good job!

I make my living repairing salvage and have bought, fixed and a sold quite a few cars from motorhog. all Good - no problems.

a smile is charity. it wont kill the staff to smile once in a while

THE STAFF ARE ALL FRIENDLY
BUT MOTORHOG AS A WHOLE COULD DO WITH IMPROVING, I.E BETTER DESCRIPTIONS OF VEHICLES AS SOME BUYERS CANT GET TO VIEW VEHICLES.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF ALL IS TO STOP BIDDING THE CARS UP, THIS IS SO OBVIOUS WHEN YOU ARE WATCHING A CAR GO THROUGH THE SALE AND WITHIN MINUITES OF THE AUCTIONS ENDING THE SAME CARS HAVE BEEN RELISTED, THIS IS NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL AND JUST SHOWS GREED

BUT ON A WHOLE, IVE BOUGHT OVER 40 CARS FROM THEN IN THE PAST 18 MONTHS AND ONLY 4 HAVE BEEN SCRAPPED

EVERY COMPANY NEED A KICK UP THE BACKSIDE NOW AND AGAIN IN THE DEPARTMENTS THAT ARE LAGGING.

OVERALL I THINK THEY ARE OK BUT JUST NEED TO SORT THESE ISSUES OUT

I have purchased several vehicles from Motorhog (and DMS before they changed their name). I have always found the staff to be helpful both in person and on the phone.

Vehicles are generally as described. Sometimes there are more damages than advertised and their transport charges are a bit steep. On the whole though they are a pleasure to deal with and for the money you can't expect show room quality vehicles. Something I think other buyers should bear in mind.

Not worth it. Pictures online do not match the exact item. Why mislead buyers. I have made a huge loss. I regret ever buying cars at motor hog. I bought 3 cars. The Ford KA was sent to scrap yard straight Away. The staff were also rude to the transporter that I had engaged to collect the cars. They chased him out like he was nothing. Would not recommend them to anyone wanting a car. They are scammers

I don't think that I will ever buy a car from (Motorhog) again.
Description doesn't match and car's come with full of faults and not mentioned.

Purchased an accident damaged Mercedes C-Class from Motorhog. repaired the body damage myself. am now driving a car I would never have been able to afford if i had bought from a dealer. now my wife wants me to buy one for her !! five stars *****

I was supposed to buy a further2 cars but had a big disappointment with the first one.

Now to add insult to injury they have suspended my account.

They need to check cars coming in not just try to get rid. I would have bought a lot more but got stung on the first one.

I'm speak whit other auction team, they said is something wrong in your team and your need sorted out this problem and apology's to me. Know one who apology's to me.
Now I know you working so very bad whit customers.
