Motor Parts Direct LTD Avis 

Bought a steering rack in January got it fitted to find it was faulty, so returned it and got told we need to wait 4-6 weeks to get our money back. Time passed and still no money and the staff was very rude. After the 3rd letter i sent them if it wasn’t payed back I was taking them to court as it took 4 months to get our money back. These people are toxic avoid at all costs

I was crashed into by a driver of this company while I was stationary in a queue of traffic at red lights, he apologised when I confronted him, blamed the rain for not stopping!!! made no effort to help when i told him my car wouldn't start. When I did start it and drove along to somewhere safe to stop I turned round expecting him to have pulled up behind me and he had drove off! Called the company told them what happened, my car bumper would need respraying, a service to safety check and turn off the engine light that had come on, a new child car seat and any time I have to take off work due to not having use of the car as I use it for work who said they will cover all costs, I have paid for most the work myself and am waiting for the money back!!!!

Really Like this company the lads I the office are very good. Quick delivery of parts with from friendly driver

The site asks you for your cars registration , you search for the part you require and the site promptly shows you parts that it informs you are not suitable for your car 😂 brilliant

No service but your delivery driver in Worthing is a risk and no consideration for others on the road. So dangerous!

Horrible toxic place to work for, the two other female drivers there made you feel like rubbish every shift. The assistant manager is toxic and rude, and basically needs sacking as he makes you feel suicidal to work for. This is the Worksop branch, most clique place I’ve ever worked in. If your face doesn’t fit, that’s it, you’re treated like a nobody and soon get rid of.

I had outstanding service from Jane and Mark at the Maidenhead branch yesterday. I was seeking a battery for a classic car the these two staff members went the extra mile to help. Thank you.

Didn’t have anything delivered but disgusted at a driver over taking a car going 30mph in a 30mph zone when there was clearly lots of children who had been dropped of by their school bus so dangerous!! Lucky they did not hit and kill a child!

Ordered number plates on Wednesday told two day’s waiting rang on Friday plates are in the post will ring you when they arrive rang again on Saturday told they have not come in but they would ring me by the end of business Saturday even if they don’t arrive no call
Rang Monday morning told no post as yet but would contact me when they arrive rang again Monday afternoon to find out they had delivered them to local garage but no call to let me know very poor customer services

I went here today because Halfords in Colchester was closed. Glad I did as the same parts at MPD were a lot cheaper. Also MPD Colchester went the extra mile to be helpful. I was struggling with a bulb and Jason Harrington spared a moment to help and the store also. I would go there again.

Very disappointed.. called up as self isolating and ask if they could do me a massive favour and deliver. I live really close. 0.9 miles to be exact which is 5mins down the road. I thought I'd use a local business. However they wont. I appreciate you cant deliver all over the sw. But 0.9 miles come on .. disappointing and will not use in future. Looks like I will have to spend my cash online. Thanks for nothing

Stay clear. The managers are absolutely awful and have no idea how to treat staff, or people for that matter. The drivers and the current telephone lad and assistant manager at dewsbury are wonderful, the manager is another story. Treat their staff like crap and slag them off behind their back. Sack people for offences that don’t even apply to that person. Power gone to his head. Don’t bother.

MPD has never let me down with parts, great service and team at the Cullompton branch,cheaper that other suppliers too, very fast service, recommended!

Avoid at all costs horrible people to work for. Get treated like slaves for minimum wage hated every second I was there. Employ the most stupidest people to work with and there parts are the worst crappy quality ever. If your a garage don’t use these people

i gave these guys one star only because I liked the webpage, other than that there shocking i got InTouch with Andy lee after days of emailing them he now ignoring my emails I only asked if i can return a unwanted item. stay clear guys

I ordered some wheel cylinders for my Toyota Aygo on the phone, they were in stock and cheaper that other suppliers, very fast service, recommended!

I have been to collect a sprint at the branch in Fakenham, I have to say it was not a good experience, the employee was rude, that first greeted us. It was not clear what we needed to do and she spoke to us as shortly and bluntly and continued to her jobs when really a good customer service is stopping what you are doing and helping the customer. Then the other employees just put our item in the trolley not saying anything left it there and walked off. Not good customer service at all.

I needed a bulb for day running lights.
Had no phone on me!
Wouldn’t serve me at all.
So basically turned me away and would have rather been seen me drive off without helping.
The attitude was ridiculous and I will never grace your stores again and will not encourage anyone else to do so at work from now on seen as I was in a company vehicle sign written and situated just up the road.
Poor service in general and awful customer service.

O and an update
They store manager phoned my work as I told him I was going to complain.
Apparently it’s common knowledge that branch has issues.

I am going to now escalate my complaint direct!!!
