Previously used their Enfield garage…
Previously used their Enfield garage without issues, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. My car was damaged while in their care, and despite clear evidence, responsibility was initially denied and the matter was handled poorly, with dismissive communication and lack of transparency.
Although they eventually admitted fault after cctv footage and external ombudsman complaint, and paid for the repairs the process was unnecessarily stressful and drawn out.
Due to the noticeable damage and the way it was initially handled, I would not recommend this garage.

Great team at Mr Clutch.
The team at Mr Clutch, especially Steve were excellent - from taking the time to talk with me (repeatedly) at the quote stage, proactively warning me of issues with sourcing parts (not their fault) and during the work, they were excellent.
There were a few challenges with the car - they kept me up to date throughout the process, which was very confidence inspiring. I really appreciated the time they took to talk me through the work - knowing what is happening and having an understanding of the work I am paying for is something I really value.

Good and great service
Good and great service. I brought my red countryman in to change clutch and oxygen sensor at the Kingston branch, the price was reasonable with excellent 5 star customer service. Thank you.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been using Mr Clutch Reading for over 5 years now for servicing, MOT and the replacement of different parts, and I couldn’t recommend Mr Clutch enough! All staff are really helpful, friendly and welcoming, and they have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to sort out different issues I have had. Prices are competitive too. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Had a new clutch and flywheel fitted…
Had a new clutch and flywheel fitted which they charged a bombshell for but on top, they broke a clip and put a split in my coolant tank,when I asked how much to have fixed they wanted £300 for. They also cut the wire protection casing which they didn't replace just wrapped them up so I all wasn't able satisfied customer.

Mr Clutch Crayford fixed the exhaust on my 2001 Toyota Previa really quickly, at a very good value for money price. The service received from the mechanics was very friendly and efficient. An overall great experience.

Super helpful and gets the job done!
Super helpful and make you feel really welcome. I stopped off once for a small issue with my bonnet - which a very kind gentleman resolved in a matter of minutes with no fuss. Because of that interaction I took my car for an MOT and again was not disappointed. Customer service goes a long way & so does resolving things in a timely manner - so, thank you mr clutch Southend team!
