Mr D Food Avis 

I've ordered food at pnp through Mr D
The store accepted my order packed it and the driver even picked up the order. The driver then chatted with me and boom canceled saying it's not safe for him to deliver in my area . Mr D just say sorry after 3 days in a email. I would not recommend this delivery services. Why take my order if you not willing to deliver. Now I must wait 5 working days for my money. I'll rather recommend Uber eats they fast and friendly drivers. I can even pay cash if I don't have money in my account .

Now I have to go to my bank to reverse that money

And the most tastiest mutton bunny and chicken and roti roll with chips and salad.

Raw pork and Paua balls haven’t stopped going to toilet.normally favourite place to go .no discount for raw meat served so no discount on review.not impressed

Multiple times the driver delivered the wrong food to my house, friday i ordered KFC on the app with a Krusher, the driver handed me my things without the extras that i added and then i asked where my Krusher was, he said it's in the bag, i took the bag inside to open and see, there was no Krusher, as soon as i looked at the cameras, the guy was already long gone.

This is the worst delivery service if they drivers are not stealing people's change they service is pathetic their drivers are not trained at all for this work and their hire foreign nationals without working permits whom most do not even have papers to be in the country...we pay for they service and the delivery is very pathetic ...we have better food delivery services like Uber eats and bolt food id advise people to use those they are much safe to use

If you want trouble use this service. My son made an order and the delivery person called me instead. I explained to the delivery person that he was calling the wrong person and offered to give him the right number. He instead switched me off. The food was never delivered. The long and short of it all he (my son) deleted the app. He is now using the trusted method of collecting the food himself.

Bought a platter for two at Braai block San Ridge, they gave me scraps of meat and a chilli wors when I ordered normal wors. The meat is tough after I specifically ordered for it to be made medium

FRAUDULENT SERVICES, I HAD TO PAY TWICE AND WHEN ASKING FOR REFUND, HE WENT BACK AND FORTH ASKING FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS AND THEY DON NOT CARE AT ALL.

Multiple fraudulent actions on moms account for food being ordered and delivered to others unknown to her. Breach in security on the mr d app. Referred to bank to investigate. According to the bank many others have had a similar issue .Becareful :

The absolute slowest service!! Why would it take 3 hours to deliver 11 items when I’m like 10minutes away? Ridiculous when I’m paying for convenience!

Mr D has had excellent service but today I ordered twice and each time my order kept getting cancelled and I have no clue why I called customer care but the line was dropped and they didn't bother calling back

I have been ordering food from M delivery for a while now and the delivery has been fantastic but recently my account has been debited twice...the app is hanging and my order has gone through twice...therefore my account was debited twice..!.Very annoying and frustrating !!!

i ordered kfc on the mr d app the meat is disgusting and smelly and old as well as the fries it made us puke we lost alot of money because we had to throw the food away dont order at mr d and kfc

Poor services I placed an order to Mcdonalds through MR-D , my order took 2 hours to arrive the next thing I received my order but that wasn’t all, my food was missing i had to make several calls to MR-D just to get my refund. This is surely the last time i use their services.

Poor service, they debited my money for an order and never delivered

It's been 10 days and not even an apology.

I placed an order with Mr Delivery 05/11/2023 17:55 order placed, Food was meant to be collected and by my door 18:40.

At 18:54 I logged a complaint which was not addressed, I called the restaurant and they informed me that my food has been sitting there from 18:26, I decided to take a drive and collect the food, by the time I got there at 19:00, Mr D just collected my order and left to my house.

I logged a second complaint with a picture that I was outside the restaurant and stated their driver picked up my food 30 minutes after it was ready and wasted my time to drive in the rain to collect myself.

Food was delivered at 19:13 (I left way after the driver and still got to the house as he arrived), after the driver left and I opened the packet, I noticed the food was mishandled, again I logged a complaint (3rd one now) and said that the food was not handled with care and again sent a picture.

This was the most pathetic service I ever got and the fact Mr D ignored all 3 complaints shows how they value long term customers.

Mr D you wasted my time, my fuel, and my food well done on being this disrespectful to your clients

This company does not care about your order, no real way to fix a wrong order. 3rd time my order was wrong.

1ste time at least i got something back, 2nd time they said i will get a voucher when i order again, that didn't happen. Now again my order were wrong.

Im paying for things i don't get.

All they say is phone or email customer care when i called their office near me, always passing the buck, nobody takes responsibility.

Somebody needs to check if orders are placed correctly and why don't you implement a system where the driver checks the food if its correct? Anybody knows the restaurants do makes mistakes, or the order could have been placed incorrect. How many other people's orders are wrong ?

I think they simply don't care, because they have minimal competition.
