An excellent experience from start to finish. Juan Romero made me feel very relaxed, no hard sales, in fact the opposite. I was not rushed & he answered all my queries about the car I was buying & listened to my own expectations. The turn around from start to finish was just 3 days. Lots of paperwork but explanations given all the way. Early days but so far very pleased with the purchase. Thank you very much Juan.

Juan was a very friendly and polite member of the team at MRG in Chippenham this week, and we didn’t feel under any pressure at all when part exchanging our Audi and purchasing the red Volvo XC60 from him - it makes a nice change nowadays and was much appreciated ( as was the good cup of coffee )

I sold my Maserati Quattroporte to The Chippenham Motor Company today and would like to thank Darran for making the transaction and the whole process so easy. Darran (and Samantha) was very professional and proactive throughout - buying, agreeing a price, making payment and collecting the car. It is bitter-sweet as I loved that car, but delighted with everything else.
