Quick dispatch and delivery. Would buy the 100% and the chilli 70% again (from someone who is not new to raw chocolate and its kinds and brands).

The cacao used in the 100% may be a better flavour profile than some for those particularly wishing to try nibbling on neat chocolate with 0 other things in for the first time. And the warm fieriness of the chilli is intensely pleasing enough to makes the sweetness level for someone who's taste buds are not accustomed to the degree of sweetness that many are and who usually prefers 80% plus range more of an acceptable trade off -- and acceptable enough that I very much intend to buy it again.

Yacon syrup is not as sweet as sugar or coconut sugar -- for me this aspect of it is great --, but it does make the chocolate 'bendier' (no hard break or snap breaking or biting off) and influences the taste profile of the chocolate used in a way I am not 100% convinced of (yacon syrup is something I have had on it's own before and liked). Additional flavours with it such as the orange are better, and it is probably better still with the milk variant chocolates I have not tried (and probably won't as I avoid oats). Of course, flavour can be subjective and clearly others approve of the combo.

I been looking for chocolate with no emulsifier and nasties. I came across this website by luck while doing my usual search engine surf. I took a chance and purchased a few bars to try. I now subscribe monthly.
I love the taste and texture as it melts on the tongue. I particularly like that they don't use sugar to sweeten some of the darker bars.
Subscription is straight forward sign up online, you pay at beginning of the month chocolate arrives a few days later thru the post.

Creamy orange, mint and creamy mylk are delicious, much healthier than the poison in the shops.
