Great products, very, very tasty! I love scotch tablets and since it's difficult to find them in stores where I live, I had to order some. I knew the company, I trust its quality, so it was no-brainer...
Dispatch was quick, order arrived propmptly. Highly recommended!!

Not fa me, not nice at all IMO.

Had a minor problem which was my fault. Phoned and got to two brilliant staff who sorted it all out. Very helpful staff quick delivery.

Not as I remember growing up in Glasgow, more like fudge not as granular or hard as tablet should be

I ordered from Mrs Tilly, early evening of Wed 2nd April. I paid for a fast delivery. I did not notice that the front page of the website states they only ship Mon - Wed. They still took my money for fast delivery though. I didn't receive an email confirming the order. I later found a text message confirming it. It didn't state the shipping days. I messaged them on the Friday at 1530 asking when I would receive my order. No reply. Despite numerous messages throughout the weekend I received no replies. I messaged again this morning. Finally i called. This was when I was informed that they only ship Mon - Wed and it is clear on the Web site... Well no it isn't clear, if like me you don't check every last bit and go straight to doing an order. They still took my money for fast delivery... Sent another query this morning. Finally I called. Customer service is broken. The young man I spoke to was unhelpful. I asked them to at least refund the money I paid for fast delivery as I was obviously not getting fast delivery. I was told that was not possible. I cancelled the order in the end. The order was still waiting to be shipped. Apparently only one person
deals with queries/questions and he was on holiday on Friday. So his department grinds to a halt and they end up with unhappy customers. I hope I don't have to wait for so long to get my money back. I couldn't ask when that was likely to happen as he hung up on me.

Just to confirm I was actually still speaking to you when the call ended. In my book that is called hanging up on someone.
Furthermore I have not received any email confirming the refund which you stated was sent as soon as you ended the call, nor indeed have I received my refund. I look forward to receiving tbe email you say its forthcoming and indeed my refund.

My mum can count on one hand the amount of times she's gone back to Scotland where she grew up - less so when she was well enough to enjoy the trip. I've ordered from Mrs Tilly's twice and each time she's reminded of home and happy memories. Absolutely sensational tablet and fudge, authentic, mouth-watering and above all - it's a little piece of home. Thank you for making this, it's so hard to find outside of Scotland!

Macaroons were delicious, got them as a present at Xmas, when they were finished I had to order more

This is the best/premium Scottish tablet ( unless you make your own) you can purchase always buy them as treats/xmas gifts for my sweet toothed family & friends - they certainly don't last long Mrs Tilly is simply the best !

Mrs Tilly’s offer a wonderful selection of products not otherwise seen in stores. My husband adores the box Whisky Fudge. The Chocolate Coated Honeycomb is addictive and enjoyed by all the family. I highly recommend Mrs.Tilly’s products.

Is it just me or does the fudge just taste like tablet? I bought a box of Mrs Tilly’s fudge and normally other fudge I buy is softer and creamer, this fudge just genuinely tastes like tablet I cannot tell the difference.
