Mrs Tilly's Avis 

Regularly purchased bars of Mrs. Tilly's Fudge and Tablet from local shops and recently was given larger boxes of same for my birthday as the family know I am quite partial to good quality tablet and fudge. Lately have found it difficult to get hold of it at my local supplier so went directly to source and ordered from Mrs Tilly ”herself”. My box (10 bars tablet and 6 boxes fudge) duly arrived early by DPD and will be safely scoffed well within the best before date. This is quality produce and easily beats the best of the rest on the shelves of all my local shops and supermarkets.

i got a box of fudge as part of my birthday presents my son and his partner stay up at the black isle who brought it down for me i am 80 tasted a lot of tablet and fudge but never like this the taste is out of this world so thank you Miss Tully you made my day .

I've been 'addicted' to Mrs Tillys fudge for a long time now, nothing tastes better with my morning coffee! Have to limit myself given it's basically full of sugar! But recently it tastes slightly different, since the packaging has changed. There's an underlying taste of something so I'm wondering if there's an added ingredient or a change in a previously used make of an ingredient. Was definitely better before and would have got 5 stars then!

I was brought up in a household where tablet was made and enjoyed. In the South Lanarkshire village my parents returned to in retirement was a local shop that sold old fashioned sweets and always on sale was good home made tablet. I was saddened when the daughter of the original owners eventually retired and my lifetime source for tablet, other than the homemade variety disappeared. Mrs. Tilly’s is the best commercially made tablet with a homemade taste I’ve come across. SO pleased to have found you. And looking forward to enjoying more of your products, particularly macaroon bars.

Just a wee note to say that I love your tablet and I have been buying it for a long time. I picked up my usual 4 bars last week with my shopping and noticed it has a different wrapper. Unfortunately there is a slight taste off the new wrapper. Please go back to your old style of wrapper as there was no funny taste from it. The taste only last two or three seconds but it's really not nice. I hope I am not the only person to have noticed this. Keep up the good work producing your delicious tablet.

I noticed a couple of weeks ago that Tillys fudge seemed a chunkier bar. Now upon purchase rather than 90grammes the bars are 83 grammes. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure they taste the same and I have a very unhealthy addiction to Tillys fudge (not surprising when it’s made entirely from one of the most addictive but under regulated drugs on the planet) but you can’t punish consumers for your quality control failings. Very dissatisfied.

Deliciously indulgent. Tastes as good as any expensive fudge on the market in my opinion. Very sweet hence indulgent. Not the squishy shop brought fudge. Proper fudge. If you decide to do a vegan rum & raisin then I'm more than happy to sample them and review.

This appears unbelievable but it's how they are.
Made my first order there and received a voucher for 10% off my first order after I'd paid. Emailed them twice to ask for it to be refunded to Paypal. Lo, they never got the emails! Established comms via their webform. Reply was obfuscated nonsense offering to pass the discount onto my second order whch I won't be making as this stuff is a heart attack waiting to happen.
I must presume this was a nice little family outfit consumed by some conglomerate?

Why is there so much hard unpopped kernels in EVERY bag of fudge popcorn? Surely while making loads the lighter popped corn would be at the top while the unpopped kernels would be at the bottom.!

The vegan fudge appealed to me so I bought a portion of two from a supermarket and I soon regretted, it was like munching on a sugar cube, deeply disappointed and my sister fell ill after consuming just one. Overrated. Its a recipe for disaster.

Just opened my box there as I just got one for Xmas and I’m a big fan of Mrs Tilly’s tablet but this time I’m really let down it’s came and it’s gooey inside with a real strong smell of all I could describe it as a poo smell coming from it I won’t be buying again wish I could send a picture in to show but it won’t let me

Saw an advert for Tilly's Fudge on Instagram, and placed an order after checking out their TrustPilot reviews! I went for a box of 5 (cookie dough, honeycomb, chocolate orange, white chocolate & raspberry and peanut butter) which arrived today. They were beautifully wrapped and the entire box weighed 1.1kg. At roughly a fiver to post, the fudge seems excellent value for money and clearly isn't marked up too high. The presentation was fantastic and a selection box would make a great gift. The chunks were all beautifully wrapped and looked exactly like they do on the website. They smell delectable, and each has a unique taste - for example the peanut butter is nutty and not too sweet, whereas the cookie dough is biscuit-y and sugary. Tilly's Fudge clearly take pride in their work and care in their packaging. Overall I'm extremely impressed and will definitely consider using them again. Highly recommended!

Delivery company left no cards and returned the item, took several weeks and phone calls from me to sort the issue. Was re-delivered but I had to collect from the depot to ensure I got the item. It's taken a month to receive the item.

The worst service I have received in a long time. Made an order in October, few weeks later and no order. Chased this up to be told it was delivered? Nothing through the door to say it was attempted. Told customer service this and they then said they would contact the courier...had to chase this again for an update to be told the courier put in on our back door step...which they didn't. Told this to customer service, they said they would send another one. This was last week....chased them as nothing had arrived and today..3 weeks later its arrived.

Really pleased with my first order the only niggle is a few of the macaroon boxes where very bashed up so wont be able to use as christmas presents as intended .

Lush fudge, cannt beat it. Very quick delivery. Happy girl! (my teeth might think other wise!)

Took over a month and several emails to finally place an order. But product arrived today and tastes yummy. A little disappointed that the 'free samples with every order' were no where to be seen especially as I had so many problems placing an order. But I suppose who needs good customer service when your product is so good?!
