Excellent service.
Mr Tyre performed a Gold service on my Mini Sport.
I had issues with the car which were rectified in the usual service time without extra cost.

In for MOT keys taken by tester booking…
In for MOT keys taken by tester booking in at reception option to wait or return test done in the hour advisory to replace front disc pads before next MOT no pressure to have it done at the depot.As always staff friendly and courteous.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I took my car in for an MOT and a full service, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly, honest, and kept me informed throughout. The work was completed on time, and everything was explained clearly. Great value for money and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this garage and will definitely be returning for future MOTs and servicing.

Turned up early and was able to start straight away
When turning up early was greated with good service, asked for keys and take a seat. Changed the Front right wheel and explained something with tires and asked if was happy to continue with work. Was a very smooth easy process and will be going again in future 10/10!

Excellent all round customer service
Always receive excellent customer service from Mr Tyre. Have used them for both replacing tyres and our MOT and we always receive the best customer care. The easy booking system is great and the service received has always been excellent. Would highly recommend.

Another visit another great service even though I'm lighter in the pocket but i really wouldn't go to another garage. Explain everything they need to do and show you the problem if they can really really excellent service and staff are lovely

The female receptionist.
The female receptionist was very rude when responding to my question as to the turnaround time for checking what needed to be done on my vehicle.There’s need for training proper customer service,I almost thought of not coming back after the checking and quotation was done.However the other male was pleasant.
