So far so good! Would recommend
Went on uswitch for the first time. Saw their deal and was interested.
Clicked on it and a guy spoke to me. Probably their sales team. Anyways they handled everything by informing my current provider and locking in the fixed 2 year contract. (Which was half price)
Had an engineer sort everything out. (Very polite might add)
Just waiting on the router they are sending out and should be fingers crossed, jobs a good one.
Anyways might make another review on the WiFi speed. But so far it’s been great. They’ve kept me in the loop the whole way and yeah so far I would recommend.

The switch from Kcom to MS3 was handled…
The switch from Kcom to MS3 was handled entirely at their end and we had zero issues.
The installation staff were knowledgable, efficient and friendly.
An initial speed test after installation for the 900mb/s connection produced a speed of 946.64mb/s. I think the numbers speak for themselves.
Would definitely recommend.

Josh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very helpful, informative and professional throughout the whole job. He explained everything clearly, got straight on with the work and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Couldn’t have asked for better service honestly. A genuine credit to the company and a very hardworking member of staff. Would highly recommend.

Engineer arrived in time slot provide, was polite and curtious and respected my property, discussed with me what he was going to do and we're to place cables and router .

Whilst the date of installation took a…
Whilst the date of installation took a little while, possibly due to trees at the front of the house. Once the cable had been run to the house, the engineer to fit the unit was right on time and fitted the terminal box very quickly and without mess. However getting the connection to ZEN was a little more difficult. Possibly due to my lack of knowledge of these electronic systems. I had to get a friend to visit and organise the connection. In general, can't complain as I am rather aged.
