6 outages in 6 months. All down to OFNL which I can appreciate is not directly MTH’s fault. But when OFNL is the estates only internet service (other than mobile broadband and starlink) it is expensive and inadequate with infrastructure. Internet is currently off for me, along with 1% of the estate i’m living in. Instead of fixing it for us, they’re waiting until after midnight so it doesn’t affect the other 99% of users. So my house alarm isn’t on, can’t watch tv or play internet games on a friday evening after work.
Raising this with MTH, I asked about leaving the contract early as they aren’t giving good service. Was advised i’d have to pay a whopping £193 early exit fee. Why? When service is bad? Was told ‘As you can appreciate, up until recently your connection has been perfect’. That is a lie.
The six outages I raised with you in the last six months (sent as whatsapp messages) are timestamped as follows:

17/02/2026 - 18:48
13/01/2026 - 11:20
07/11/25 - 19:51
01/11/25 - 17:29
So saying my connection was perfect is incorrect. Telling them this, no one has replied to me since. I’ve asked to raise a formal complaint and to see the complaints procedure but if they fail to get back to me about this, it will be going to OFNL and the ombudsman.
6 outages in 6 months is not perfect connection.

An easy recommendation from me
