I don’t know who is giving them good reviews. They are a mess! They don’t call when they say they will and they don’t show up when they said they would. The nurse was rude. And I’m not happy at all. I’m waiting for her now. She’s an hour late so far. If she shows up

My person was great

From the woman at the front desk(Sarah) to everyone that greets you in the office. Everyone is so welcoming and ready to assist. The energy here is amazing. I would recommend people to work and to be clients here over any other place ever. They are so helpful with my dads case. Thank you IHP!!

I had no clue how to navigate getting much needed services. George and Lauren are the absolute best! They both were kind, compassionate, professional and literally assisted with the whole process. They are a tremendous asset to your company!

I used to enjoy working for the Pittsburgh company, Granted that they lie about the sign on bonus I never received,but I didn't care about that, I cared for the fact that they fired me because I asked for a different client with more hours and then threatened me that I will never work as a caregiver again. Is that even fair to say something like that all because you wanted more hours? And that you complained about your pay wasn't right?

Very respectful staff very fare I enjoy working for them going on 2 years no problems never a pay issue sometimes I forget to clock out they make a big fuss I would recommend the company to hard working people that needs home care

My experience with this company is easy going, communication is never complicated.
The clocking in and out system is easy to use i like how everything is literally a tap away. The staff is very helpful I’m never left confused for any questions ever asked! Side note: My Case worker Diana is always making sure my priorities are met, I love my experience with this company.

Cynthia has been a great help with getting me started, and established with All American home healthcare. She made it easy for me to understand everything that pertains to the job within this particular agency. She's very respectful and extremely easy to talk to. Her customer service skills are top-tier.

I’ve just moved my father in with me at home. Cynthia has been amazing helping us with the waiver process to become an at home paid caregiver for my father.
