Be careful to not touch, brush, or rub the button and set off unintended alarms.
The system works well if it’s set correctly. Mine was operating without the option to stop a false alarm for a few months. After a frustrating phone assistant whose advice made no difference, I did get the help needed and it was set correctly.
Generally it works fine, but I have suggestions:
Buttons are too easily pushed. I have only experienced false alarms, and too frequent alarms; having only one alarm box makes it difficult to get to it to cancel, and at times I don’t even hear it from another room; the button in the wrist band falls out and too difficult to put back in for me.

I’ve had bay alarm for over a year and…
I’ve had bay alarm for over a year and I’ve never had one bit of trouble with it. They always reply very politely and are very friendly when I do my tests. And when there was an instance where somehow an alarm went through without me, pushing on it or anything and they contacted me and we were able to clear up the problem. The cost of Bay alarm is very worthwhile for my peace of mind and my families, peace of mind. It is also very reasonable.

Bay Alarm Medical is an Excellent Option
I used my Bay Alarm Medical Equipment for five years after a serious health issue in late 2020. Fortunately I did not have a need for assistance in the past five years but I always knew they were a button away. I am switching now to a smaller gps device with another company but can continue to highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical for those seniors who might be housebound or who live alone.

I had a technical issue with logging into my online account. The customer service representative, Mary, was extremely professional, courteous and pleasant. The only reason i didn't give it five stars, is the issue has not been resolved yet. But has been escalated to the IT department.
