I am an employee at All American Home Care for over two years now and would like to say couple things about my coordinator Marina. She is very helpful and great to work with. Always assisting me in time with any questions I might have. Very pleased to have her as my supervisor.

As a former employee, I have learned a lot of great lessons/skills! Thanks to Mary, and Keisha. They have helped, guided and been patient with my training process. I write these things to say thank you to the wonderful team at All American Home Care for your support, and care. I seen first hand how gentle, fast they work and assist new families and their new hires. I have and will continue to recommend anyone to AAHC that are in need of services.

Marina, Customer Service Representative, has truly been remarkable in helping me as a new employee, get acclimated with All American. I have been with other Hralth Care Providers in the past, which has not shown the debth of support as All American. As I mentioned, Marina has gone above and beyond in helping her transitioned in the company especially policy and procedures. Insuring clock in clock out is being done properly, consistent reminders, also sometimes just a call to check to see how everything is going to see if there is anything she can help with in order to make sure any issues that I might be having with the system are properly addressed. I have not experienced this with other agencies, normally your on your own.

What is essentially different from other experiences is the aptitude of Intrgrity, humbleness, and respect she provides when communicating is unbound. You can tell in Marina's voice that she cares not only about her job, but the people in it.

The sence of Urgency she has is unmatched, getting back to you in a timely if you have a problem I've experienced many of times, is absolutely great to see. Don't have to wait until the next day or the next 2 days - she always get back to you in a timely manner.

Overall , I would recommend All American to anyone. Gret Job Marina, and everyone at All American

My experience was great simply and solely because of Marina. She is an extremely great help and always willing to give offer her services when I’m in need. She is always patient, respectful and joyful. This is my first time working as a home aid and she made my transition very calm and easy which allowed me to find my rhythm within this new profession. I feel very lucky to have Marina as a supervisor.

For some reason it was a little slow for me to start working at this establishment, I had to go out of my way to get my results and then follow up with the HR team afterwards to send my information/offer letter to become active. But once I became active I haven’t had any problems at all. I’d also like to recognize my clients (my mother) coordinator Marina because I feel she truly cares about my mother. She works with me since I don’t have a car and her communication is extremely speedy. I appreciate her kindness and flexibility when it comes to changing my schedule from time to time to help my mom.

My supervisor Marina was very understanding with me when I was having difficulties with my client, I felt like she genuinely cared about my problems and helped me through them. It was nice having someone there for me instead of being upset with me.

I work for All American HomeCare in Harrisburg and my supervisor Marina is very helpful and patient. If I have a problem she is quick to answer, return phone calls, and resolve any problems. I really appreciate that.

FRIST I will like to say thank you too Lauren Pucci for everything she did for me and my husband we been waiting since January and we finally got approved and everything was wrost it she always pick up my call let me know about everything that was go with the case and im really want to say thank you Lauren Pucci for all your help because if is wasn't for your team to deal with me and my husband I don't know where we would've been at so once agian thank you for all your help and keep the great work thank you for the time and patience with us thank you Lauren Pucci once agian we did it

I worked for this company for 2 months. June to Aug 2024. It is a horrible company! The staff is the worse! Especially a recruiter by the name of Felix Peppin. He was my recruiter in 24. I asked them multiple times to take my name off their employees list and availability list. Today which is May 6,2025 I received a text stating" welcome ans thank you for letting us know you are available ". They obviously receive money for having people on their availability list/employees list because why would you continue to contact someone that clearly does not work for you? I wanted to make this review because my next step is to take legal action for harassment.

Lack of communication and they don’t know how to talk to people without an attitude. Will not recommend.
