this company needs to improve their personnel always missing pay, they don’t know how to communicate with their employees they give you an attitude cause they know you are right. I submitted my signature and my clients because i was missing hours according to them it was because i was out of range cause when i would punch in and out it would stay in red, 😂 so that was almost every day! I went in to get my last check that they owed me and guess what it wasn’t there now it’s Christmas and i have to wait till after to get paid! people find a better place that appreciates you!

I was told by all American sales department that. If I choose their agency my rate will start at 15$ an hour.. that was a lie.. when I signed up.. my rate was 14$ an hour..then I was told that when my mother hours increase that my pay rate would go up.. and that was another lie.. My pay rate went down to 12.25 an hour.. when my mother first got approved for her hours she only had 21 hours per week.. I had to fight for my mother to more hours without any support from all American.. now my mother is receiving 56 hours per week.. because of all of the deciet from All American I will be going to sign up with another agency.. all American does not care about the elderly or their employees.. their just concerned about the money!!

I will start saying the my first contact was with the representative Alfa Cortorreal , I am very grateful to work with her. In the other hand the staff is very friendly. I am happy to work with them for my father’s needs, lastly but very important pay always on time.

My experience with the Agency from the beginning of the process until they accept my application was clear and helpful. Mrs. Alfa Cortorreal was a very nice and comprehensive person.
