Despite lots of emails
Although I gave up on the masses of emails to and fro with Head Office, while trying to book an MOT. I drove to the local branch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They booked the car in for a slot 2 hours later, so I just needed to kill some time until the appointment. The car failed on something as simple as a headlight alignment, which they will adjust for free and then a free re-test. I’ve re-booked for tomorrow, as they were maxed-out today. Both staff members that I spoke to were very friendly and customer oriented, I can’t fault the place.

I highly recommend this service. I needed my brake pads done in a bit of a emergency. I made contact with MyCarNeeds and they got me in contact with a Garage that was able to book my car in for the very next day.

Needed an EGR valve replaced on 14plate bmw x6. Not many offers for work but Halfords quoted £240 and completed the job quickly and without fuss or trying to push extra work. Very Happy.

Website was easy to use and retrieve quotes. I was able to get my brake pads sorted by an excellent mechanic named Joel (Curbside Repairs) in less than 48 hours of posting the job! Such a great company. Would definitely recommend!
