Following on "The Night of the Big Wind", we were left without power, water, Phones or Heat, in Mayo. I tried 4 towns in Mayo to find a SuperSer Gas Heater, No Joy, All sold out. Found it on MyDiy.ie, at a great price. Ordered it at 11:05 on 27/01/2025. It was delivered to Westport at 10:50 on 28/01/2025, less than 24 hours. The website is easy to use, secure and the customer information is quick and comprehensive. We have already ordered more items, to aid with the cleanup after the storm, from Alan and the team at mydiy.ie. What a joy to deal with an outstanding IRISH company. Fully recommend mydiy.ie as a place to visit and deal with. Well done.

The customer service is excellent. I had a slight problem with the online payment but after a quick phone everything was sorted out. And the item was delivered just a couple of days later. Fantastic!

Unfortunately, sometimes a product can be defective upon opening, as was the case here. Given that this occurred during Christmas week, we did our best to resolve the issue promptly via phone and several video calls. When that didn’t work, we sent a replacement heater and arranged to collect the original one from you in the new year, which we did.
