The whole process was from start to finish was very professional and friendly. All members of the team ensured we were fully happy with the agreed design and were willing to modify once we reflected on a few minor points. The fitters did an excellent job and left the room in a very tidy condition.

Great service from Bobby during the design consultation for 2 fitted bedrooms. He is patient, professional and knowledgeable and went out of his way to work with me and my husband to produce designs we were happy with (this included coming out for a second visit when requested).
Really looking forward to installation!

Thank you for your wonderful review.
We're delighted to hear that Bobby provided such a positive experience while designing your two fitted bedrooms. Creating the right design sometimes takes a little extra time, so it's fantastic to know that his patience, knowledge and professional approach helped you and your husband arrive at designs you're both really happy with.
We're particularly pleased that Bobby was happy to return for a second visit to make sure everything was just right. Taking that extra care to understand our customers' requirements is an important part of creating truly bespoke fitted furniture.
We'll be sure to pass your kind comments on to Bobby. Thank you for choosing My Fitted Bedroom – we look forward to seeing both of your new bedrooms brought to life!

Great wardrobes !
Good experience and quality of finished product. Would recommend.
Positives
- Design
- Sales person (Dean) very good. Knowledgeable and gave good solutions. Understanded what’s we wanted both interms of look and function
- Fitting and installation. Fitter (Ian) was amazing. Very high quality install. Was a master of his trade - and showed in the way he worked. Left the place spotless.
- Value
Negatives
- 11.5 weeks from sales visit to installation
- Survey visit did not add any value compared to sales persons visit. Surveyor wanted to take hours to do CAD drawings, which were no different to what sales person had done
- surveyor and fitter are contractors. Meaning paying them direct. Personally I would have preferred to deal with only one company
- Lots of waste wood to dispose of after install.
Only those negatives preventing a 5 star review.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and balanced review. We're delighted that you're pleased with the quality and value of your finished furniture and would recommend My Fitted Bedroom.
It's fantastic to hear your comments about Dean and how well he understood both the look and functionality you wanted, offering knowledgeable and practical solutions. We're equally pleased to hear such high praise for Ian. Describing him as a "master of his trade" is a wonderful compliment, and we'll be sure to pass your comments on to him. We're delighted that his workmanship and respect for your home made such a positive impression.
We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. We recognise that 11.5 weeks is a considerable time to wait between the initial design appointment and installation, and we understand your comments regarding the survey process, payment arrangements and disposal of waste materials. Feedback like this is valuable in helping us identify areas where we can make the overall customer journey simpler and more efficient.
Thank you again for choosing My Fitted Bedroom. We're pleased that, despite these points, you're happy with the finished result and the quality of the installation, and we hope you enjoy your new fitted furniture for many years to come.

Mr Bobby also offers great advice while always listening to our ideas and preferences. The whole process has been smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Choosing him for a second time speaks for itself, and we would happily recommend Mr Bobby to anyone looking for quality fitted furniture and excellent service.

Fitted wardrobes
I am extremely pleased with the wardrobes that we have had fitted. After a few glitches to start, that were caused by an error in measuring , everything else came together, thanks to Andy the fitter, who went above and beyond to make sure that everything was correct. The end result is a bedroom to be proud of. The finish and quality are superb. I would highly recommend My Fitted Bedroom. Thanks to them and Andy.

- my experience has been nothing short of horrific my appointment was delayed by over one hour with 8 mins notice and i was assured i would have received my drawings and quotes by Tuesday/ Wednesday having followed up on Thursday having received neither I was met with what can only be described as a very curt response and it is now Friday evening and still nothing - trust pilot review also incoming although looking at them I am clearly not alone.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry to read about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Being given only eight minutes' notice of a delay of over an hour is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide. Equally, having been advised that your drawings and quotation would be with you by Tuesday or Wednesday, you should not then have needed to chase us for an update.
We're also concerned to hear how you felt your follow-up enquiry was handled. Regardless of the reason for the delay, you should have received a helpful and courteous response explaining what was happening and when you could expect to receive your design.
Please accept our apologies for the disappointment and frustration caused.
