Our mission is to make the workplace more inclusive for all by providing individual users and partner organizations access to a wide eco-system of services, including job opportunities, training, mentoring, employer branding, and free community events. Corporate members get a tailored service, with carefully curated product packages to help them achieve all their DE&I goals. myGwork organizes two annual events, WorkFair – the largest virtual global career fair for the LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates and students, and WorkPride – a week-long global conference for the LGBTQ+ business community and allies during Pride Month. Regardless how much the company has been promoting work life balance, achieving your targets from time to time brought in extra work load and extra stress which inadvertently burnout . This webinar is a great venue sharing with us what and how we could do to alleviate the stress and hence the risk of burnout. Thanks!

Valuable Mission, Room for Greater Impact in Partnerships
I led the partnership with myGwork for almost three years. While the company is making impressive strides for the LGBTQ+ community, we struggled to clearly see the real-world impact of our collaboration.
At the start, we worked with a fantastic partner on their side, someone who knew the company well, brought passion to the role, and consistently came up with ideas to make the partnership successful. Unfortunately, when the role changed hands, that same level of enthusiasm and proactivity was missing. The work became more of a checklist exercise rather than a shared mission.
I’m proud to have worked with myGwork and believe strongly in their mission. However, greater visibility into their tangible impact, especially beyond their strong presence in the UK and Spain, would help partners like us see the value more clearly. From a global perspective, covering all of Europe, it often felt like our efforts had limited reach.
Perhaps with more time we could have achieved more together, but finding ways to deliver greater value for the investment would make the partnership even stronger.

We regret that the handover in partnership management didn’t sustain the same level of engagement, and we’ve since strengthened our processes to ensure continuity and proactive support for all partners. While we currently only have offices in the UK and Spain, we are a global platform with users and customers in 88 countries.
Your commitment to the LGBTQ+ community inspires us, and we hope our paths cross again with renewed momentum and shared success.

Impressive line up of topics in WorkPride 2025
It was my first time experiencing the range of topics covered under #WorkPride 2025. I am from Kyndryl and the chairperson for LGBTQ+ ERG group we call them as KINs (Kyndryl Inclusion Networks). There was so much learning in each of the sessions with topics ranging from Overcoming imposter syndrome, empowering graduates, to future of ERGs, givebacks - indebted to the team behind this event.
