Return is a Nightmare!

I began the process 2 weeks ago of advising the company that one of the items need to be returned. I have now for over a week been waiting to receive return authorization which I have not as of yet. I just hope this is not a scam!

Luxury cabinet pulls

Received within a couple weeks. Quality is amazing. The handles are very heavy and the brushes brass looks very nice. We haven’t installed them yet but expect they will add and elegant clean look. I called Customer service once before placing the order in which the service rep was very polite, answered each question I had and never rushed me to get off the call.

Upstairs Cabinet Remodel

When doing an upstairs remodel, I decided to match the cabinet hardware to the 1st floor cabinets. Thanks to MyKnobs, the cabinet hardware company was listed, and so MyKnobs made the purchase smooth and easy.

I did a return to MyKnobs and they do…

I did a return to MyKnobs and they do not give you back your money. They tell you for weeks the email is coming but you never get. So your credit card company ends up getting your $$ back. Be careful of this company. Run to another one.

Use caution when purchasing from MyKnobs!!!

I purchased a Baldwin product from MyKnobs 6 weeks ago – when I finally received my purchase, the finish on the keyless entry device didn’t match my current entry set, so I tried to return it. I tried calling them almost every day for a week with out success. I finally started emailing them, numerous times, asking for their details so I could return my Baldwin Keyless entry device. I’ve received no response.
It been a very frustrating experience and I’m out $350!

Product was exactly what was ordered - by the same manufacturer. Shipment was incredibly fast and timely, and the pricing was very competitive. Will be using this site more often. Thanks for being a great supplier!

Can I give zero stars

Can I give zero stars? My order never arrived. Probably the fault of UPS, however multiple emails to MyKnobs went unanswered. I would have just repurchase the item I need if I got a simple, “We are sorry, but this was the fault of UPS.” The lack of response is unprofessional. Don’t bother with this company. Find what you need elsewhere.

Refund is not forthcoming after 3 weeks...

UPDATE: I did receive the refund four weeks after they arrived back at the warehouse! Whew!

The color of the knobs I ordered did not work with my kitchen, so I returned them with a tracking number as they instructed. They said the refund would be available in 1 to 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and they just send the same message saying it will be refunded in 1 to 2 weeks. I am becoming concerned that there will be no refund...

This was a HORRIBLE experience working with this company. They said 1 - 2 days shipping, then after 2 weeks, I finally called to get an update. They told me the manufacturer had backordered the product but when I called the manufacturer, they said they had "plenty in stock of each size". I called MyKnobs back and spoke to Michelle who was not willing to get on a call with the manufacturer to resolve the discrepancy and basically just said, "I can just cancel your order". What horrible customer service, delayed my timeline and was rude to their customer. I would definitely not use this site.
